Actor Adivi Sesh has risen the ranks in Tollywood in a short span of time. Not just as an actor, he has also received great appreciation as a screenwriter with movies such as Goodachari and Kshanam.
He will be next seen in Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan’s biographical film– Major. The movie has generated great buzz right from the time of its announcement. Recently, the makers of the film announced that the action thriller is now pushed for a later date. The movie was supposed to release on July 2nd and will now release once times are better.
Sesh spoke to a media house recently on the reason for the postponement. He added that 10 more days of shoot are still left. “In the beginning of the second wave, we got a hint that there might be a release issue. Because suddenly, each department started to show signs – like the entire team of the VFX company that works for us got COVID. We lost our permissions for some military locations, one by one”.
The movie will now release once better conditions prevail across the country. Sashi Kiran Tikka is directing this multi-lingual film. Sony Pictures Releasing International, G Mahesh Babu Entertainment, and A+S Movies are producing the film. The movie is shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi.
