Writer Padmabhushan, which was released as a small film, has become a huge blockbuster and the film has achieved a new milestone at the box office by collecting 10 crores gross worldwide.
In normal cases it is a very tough task as now even tier-2 heroes are also failing to bring the audience to the theaters but the team of Writer Padmabhushan was successful in getting the attention of the audience because of unique promotions and with the good content, they have completely satisfied the target audience which drove the movie join the 10 Crore gross club in 10 days.
The film’s lead actor Suhas has established a pleasant image for him with his previous films like color photo in which he played the main role, and before that he showed his prowess in supporting roles in the films like Majili and Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya. Now with this film, he once again won the accolades of audience critics as well.
The film further stars Ashish Vidyarthi, and Rohini as his parents who are likewise have been appreciated for their natural performances along with Tina Shilparaj and Sri Gouri Priya in other crucial roles.
Written and directed by Shanmukha Prasanth, Writer Padmabhushan tells us the tale of a 25-year-old aspiring author named Padmabhushan living in Vijayawada, who lives with his middle-class family. One day, he receives credit for someone’s composed book and the rest of the story is all about how he finds the original author and how he knows the inspiration for writing.
The movie’s cinematography was conducted by Venkat R. Shakamuri. Editing was taken care of by Kodati Pavan Kalyan and Siddharth Thatholu. Shekar Chandra and Kalyan Nayak composed the soundtrack of the film.
