Will Prabhas’s Salaar postpone the release to summer 2024 to lock the best release date?

It is widely known that the upcoming Pan Indian actioner, Salaar, starring Prabhas in the lead role, has been in the news for all the wrong reasons in the past few days. The film was surrounded by massive expectations in the fans and trade as well, but the postponement of the film from the announced date has appear to be a severe disappointment for everyone. Now it is being reported that the makers may postpone the release of Salaar to Summer 2024 to lock the best release date.

From November to January multiple movies are already announced the release dates at pan India wide for almost all the festivals like Diwali, Christmas and Sankranthi. So Salaar will definitely not get the solo release because of the competition from all industries and if they want to get a solo release, then they should opt for 22nd March, which marks the Holi festival.

Initially, the March 22 date was reportedly aimed by the team of Pushpa 2, and recently, they announced officially that the film will be released on 15th August. So March 22nd release is the best date for Salaar in all markets… Now it all depends on what the makers of the film decide.

The release of Salaar was scheduled for a grand worldwide opening in theaters on September 28th and even the Overseas bookings were also opened to a sensational response. Nevertheless, it was postponed due to a delay in post-production, much to the dismay of the fans.

Salaar is directed by KGF Series maker Prashanth Neel film. The film stars Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Easwari Rao in key roles. Ravi Basrur is the music director of the film.
