Most South Indian films follow a standard four-week theatrical window before hitting OTT. Netflix fixed April 23 based on Ustaad Bhagat Singh‘s original release date of March 26. When the release was preponed to March 19 at the last minute, Netflix didn’t adjust — their schedules were already finalized.
That one-week shift stretched the theatrical window from four weeks to five, keeping the Ustaad Bhagat Singh OTT date unchanged at April 23.
