Two standout scenes from the Animal promotional content were deleted from the movie. In the film’s song, Papa Meri Jaan, Ranbir Kapoor, and his gang are present on a flight where Ranbir gets drunk and drives the flight while he is very emotional and injured. Another scene in the trailer was not in the movie, where Ranbir Kapoor emotionally hugs and kisses his grandfather.
These two scenes have worked very well in the promotional content but were missing in the film. The fans and audiences who have loved the film demand the release of the total extended version on OTT. Before the release, it was said that The OTT version of Animal would have an extended runtime of another 20 minutes compared to the theatrical version.
