Apart from this historical project, she was also seen in the action thriller Raangi. 2023 is going to be even bigger with the actress set to return with Ponniyin Selvan 2.
Apart from this, Trisha has just signed a massive project with Mani Ratnam. This film will have Trisha share the screen with none other than Kamal Haasan. Kamal Hassan and Maniratnam are joining hands together for a film after many years. Both Mani Ratnam and Kamal Haasan had a terrific 2022 with the blockbuster success of Ponniyin Selvan 1 and Vikram respectively.
Now this classic combination has a huge craze and with Trisha joining the cast, this Mani-Kamal project has created massive hype already. This film will see the legendary actor-director combination work together after 35 years. They last worked together on Nayagan back in 1987.
Trisha, meanwhile, is also reportedly going to be a part of Thalapathy67. She will also be seen in Malayalam film Ram alongside Mohanlal in 2023.
