Ram’s upcoming action entertainer The Warrior is gearing up for a massive release on the 14th of July and the makers are leaving no expense spared to make this movie a big hit. The film also stars Krithi Shetty and Aadhi Pinnisetty in key roles. The film has been made on a grand scale and lavish budget and Srinivasa Chitturi is producing this film. The film is being shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu.
Ram is playing an IPS officer in the movie and it will feature some exciting fight sequences. This is the first time he will be playing a cop’s role. Director Lingusamy has ensured the film is filled with commercial elements and attracts the mass audience.
The film will release in Telugu and Tamil and the makers are planning a massive pre-release event in Tamil. Lingusamy and Adhi have a good following in Kollywood and the makers are planning to cash it. While this will be Ram’s first Tamil project, the response to the recently released trailer has given the entire unit great confidence.
The pre-release business has been quite encouraging in Telugu states and has hit the highest numbers of Ram’s career. Theatrical rights for Ceeded have fetched the makers Rs 6 crores while the Andhra region has been sold for a massive Rs 18 crores. Nizam region has been acquired in the range of Rs 12-13 crores. The Telugu version rights will be in the range of Rs 40 crores making it the best theatrical business in Ram’s career.
