Akhil Akkineni’s ambitious project Agent has been in the making for quite some time and has seen multiple delays. Now, much to the fan’s disappointment, the movie has been postponed once again. The movie was supposed to release in by now and then got pushed to August 12th.
However, the progress on the film has not been up to the mark and the unit of Agent is now considering a release in December 2022. Akhil’s injury and multiple schedule backlogs are the major reasons for these delays.
The movie has also undergone some major script changes as well as the replacement of actors. AK Entertainment and Surender 2 Cinema are bankrolling this prestigious pan-India project. The makers are leaving no expense spared and are spending a lot on action sequences. After the average performance of his last film Most Eligible Bachelor, Akhil has pinned high hopes on this project.
Malayalam Superstar Mammootty is playing a vital role in this film. Mammootty’s role in this film would be central to Akhil Akkineni’s Agent and will drive it. Surender Reddy’s stylish taking is going to be the major highlight of the movie. Akhil’s role in Agent is reportedly tailor-made to his strengths and the makers are confident of its success.
