Since few days, most of the media circles and fans of Icon Star Allu Arjun have reported that Pushpa 2 movie’s music rights were sold at a record price of 65 Crores. However, the news is not true, and the reality is the music rights of Pushpa 2 have been sold for around 20 Crores for all languages. So, the publicized amount is not correct and the real amount is not a record price as well.
The team of Pushpa 2 has made a habit of spreading this kind of overexaggerated and hyped news regarding their film. In the past, also there were reports emerged about the 1000 Crores deal for Pushpa’s theatrical rights, but it was reported again that news was false. It was true that Pushpa 2 is getting crazy offers in Telugu and Hindi, but the same impact was not seen in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam languages. So, every now and then, some fake numbers circulate and the truth behind those numbers being exposed has become a norm.
Even in Telugu also, the distributors were not rushing to offer many record prices for Pushpa 2 as the first part of Pushpa did not generate any great numbers at the box office.
Some sections of the social media and trade circles said Pushpa 2 will not be able to create massive buzz like KGF 2 and Baahubali 2 as it does not have the great sequel plot. It was true in a sense, as Baahubali and KGF both the movie’s first part end on a very high note and Pushpa’s first part did not have that exciting factor.
However, the response to the recently released glimpse Pushpa 2 cleared all the doubts. Where is Pushpa the glimpse had received an Extraordinary response as the glimpse clocked record views on YouTube, especially in Hindi. The response was terrific, which confirmed the anticipation of the Hindi audience on the film. Now we just have to wait for the film to be released and watch how many records will it break at the box office.
