The new teaser for Mysaa, Rashmika Mandanna’s upcoming action thriller, is out, and it confirms the film’s worldwide theatrical release date as November 27, 2026.
The teaser opens on a quiet, devastating note, a silhouette against a burning sunset, with the lines “I’ve given up, and I’ve lost” setting an unexpectedly vulnerable tone before the film shifts into its high intensity action mode. Set against the culturally rich backdrop of the Gond tribes, Rashmika plays a character named Mysaa Meetram, described in the teaser as “the bloody weapon who decides the war.”
Amid the fire, chases and brutal fight sequences, the teaser reveals an emotional anchor, a promise to a father. The line “I’ll conquer even death and return to you, Dad” gives the action a clear emotional stake, suggesting the film’s core isn’t just spectacle but a deeply personal fight
Mysaa is written and directed by Rawindra Pulle, known for the 2021 Telugu film Ardha Shathabdham, and produced by Ajay-Anil Sayyapureddy and Veerasai Gopa under Unformula Films. The action is designed by Andy Long of Kalki 2898 AD fame along with Kecha Khamphakdee, with Shreyaas Krishna, who shot Suriya’s Retro, behind the camera, and music composed by Jakes Bejoy. The film also stars Eshwari Rao, Guru Somasundaram, Rahul Ravindran, Samuthirakani and Rao Ramesh, and releases simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
