The second schedule of Superstar Mahesh Babu and Trivirkam’s SSMB28 is all set to begin soon much to the relief of fans. The film has seen several roadblocks in its initial stages. The first schedule hiccups, script changes, Mahesh being unhappy with the way the movie is shaping up, and last-minute cast and crew changes were some of the problems that delayed the project’s shooting.
During the first schedule, an action sequence was planned and it was wrapped in just 4 days. Some of this footage is now scrapped as the film’s script has undergone several changes. Now the film should start from scratch and technically 1st schedule is yet to begin for the film and is expected to start from December 1st week.
The schedule will start next month with the other cast first and Mahesh will join after a few days. The film is expected to release on August 2023. Pooja Hegde will be paired with Mahesh Babu in SSMB28. This will be the second time the two will be sharing screen after Vamsi Paidipally’s Maharshi. SS Thaman will compose the music for this film while Naveen Nooli will handle the editing duties.
