Srikanth Addala has totally changed his route now. The director who earlier directed soft family dramas like Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Kotha Bangaru Lokam, and Brahmotsavam earlier has decided to go the mass way.
After Venkatesh’s Narappa, the director usually known for making feel-good films will direct another raw action entertainer. Titled Pedda Kapu 1, the film’ will have ‘s announcement was made through a poster featuring debutant Virat Karrna.
While Srikanth Addala had earlier directed a mass film in the form of Narappa, it was a remake. While Narappa was acclaimed for its realistic portrayal and Venkatesh’s performance, it being an OTT release didn’t help in showcasing Srikanth Addala’s mass potential. Now, for the first time, he is directing a straight raw mass film and this is a film said to be made in two-three parts.
‘Pedda Kapu 1’ will be packed by Miriyala Ravinder Reddy under Dwaraka Creations while Mickey J Meyer will compose the music.
