Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy has got off to a decent start. Both Nani and Sai Pallavi’s performance in the film has received widespread accolades. The movie released last week amidst great positive buzz. The word of mouth has been great for the movie. Despite the slowish start in the initial week, the film has picked up well over the course of time.

The film had an extraordinary start on the new year day and looking at numbers, it is heading towards a Hit status. Just the Nizam share on 1st January was around Rs 1 crore and the breakeven will be done soon.

The same is the case in Ceeded & overseas where more than 80% recovery by today. The film is all set to achieve the breakeven mark easily.

Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy set in Kolkata explores the theme of reincarnation. The makers left no stone unturned to ensure the movie gets a grand look. For this purpose, a lavish set was also erected in the city outskirts. It is reported that the set cost the makers a whopping Rs 6.5 crores and was spread across 10 acres.

Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty were be seen opposite Nani. After successive OTT releases such as V and Tuck Jagadish, this was Nani’s first theatrical release and it has definitely satisfied his fans and movie lovers.

Bankrolled under Niharika Entertainment banner, Mickey J Meyer composed music for this supernatural thriller. The film also has the additional cast of Madonna Sebastian, Rahul Ravindran and Murali Sharma in key roles.
