Sequel For Nagarjuna’s Blockbuster Shelved!

Nagarjuna scored the biggest blockbuster with Soggade Chinni Nayana breaking all his previous records stood as his career’s best grosser. This film was released 4 years ago on Sankranthi and became a perfect choice for the audience.

A few days after the release of Soggade Chinni Nayana, Nagarjuna announced it’s sequel titled Bangarraju and asked director Kalyan Krishna to develop a script. After finishing the script work Kalyan approached Nagarjuna to present his final draft but could not satisfy him. Nagarjuna suggested some changes and later he came busy with back to back films.

After releasing a dud like Manmadhudu 2, Nagarjuna signed Wild Dog under the direction of Ahoshor Solomon who worked a screenplay writer for Oopiri. Recently, he announced another project with Garudavega fame Praveen Sattaru. Nagarjuna will also be part of a prestigious Bollywood project Brahmastra.

Kalyan Krishna has been waiting for Nagarjuna for the last two years after completing Nela Ticket with Ravi Teja. Recently, Nagarjuna spoke to him and suggested to go with another movie. He narrated a story to Victory Venkatesh which is in the discussion stage. Many reports say that Bangarraju might get shelved.
