Rowdy Boys was made on a huge budget with a promising star cast and crew. Dil Raju attached all the strings together to provide the best release possible for his nephew’s film.
The film was released on 14th February in theatres and opened to disastrous talk from the first show itself. The negative reviews did not help the closing collections of Rowdy Boys.
The movie theatrical rights have been sold for 10+ crores but it only managed to collect a closing share of around 4 crores and ended up becoming a flop at the box office. Excluding Uttarandhra, the movie has had a disastrous performance in all territories and buyers have ended up with huge losses.
Rowdy Boys stars Ashish, Anupama Parameswaran, Karthik Rathnam, and Srikanth Iyengar among others. Sree Harsha Konuganti is the director of the film. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the movie.
