Meanwhile, during one such interview, Rishab Shetty’s statement made some news and surprised many fans. Answering a question about who he would like to work with for his next film among Rashmika, Samantha, Sai Pallavi, and Keerthy Suresh, Rishab Shetty made his choice abundantly clear.
He said, ‘I don’t want to work with a “certain type of actresses”. However, out of the list that you have given, I really like Sai Pallavi and Samantha’s work.’ This response in a sarcastic manner is being perceived by many as an indirect dig towards Rashmika. He added that he doesn’t choose actors before finishing the script. In fact, it is only after completing the script work does he think of casting.
Th actor/ director added that he always prefers working with newcomers as they come without baggage or image.
