A month later, Pawan Kalyan’s Jalsa broke this record by amassing a whopping 3+ crores from the special shows alone.
Similarly, Megastar Chiranjeevi fans organized special shows for his iconic film Gharana Mogudu. However, the response was underwhelming and there were no buyers. Even though the screens were minimal, there was barely any interest among the fans. This is largely because Gharana Mogudu is an old movie and the current generation might not relate to it.
Irrespective of that, what is shocking is that Dhanush’s 3 movie has posted more collections than Gharana Mogudu in Hyderabad. The response to the shows has been outstanding and it has collected more than 30 Lakhs in Hyderabad. This is a tremendous feat for a Tamil movie to outshine a Telugu film in Hyderabad.
