Mass Maharaja Raviteja’s Ravanasura, which was released 3 weeks back, had received mixed response on the opening day, but it did well at the box office. However, the movie saw a massive drop from the second day onwards at the box office and became a failure. Ravanasura is now streaming on OTT through Amazon Prime Video Platform. Nowadays, films streaming on OTT within 3, 4 days of a movie’s release has become normal.
Ravi Teja’s unique characterization, coupled with Sudheer Verma’s interesting plot, had intrigued the audience towards Ravanasura before the release. Also, Mass Maharaja was in a terrific form and everyone expected him to score a hat-trick after Dhamaka and Waltair Veerayya. However, despite the film having an interesting point, the director Sudheer Varma could not impress the audience with his taking. Raviteja’s performance in the movie was appreciated by everyone though, let’s wish that Ravanasura receives a good response in the OTT release.
Ravi Teja’s RT Team works and Abhishek Nama have bankrolled Ravanasura which was directed by Sudheer Verma. Harshavardhan Rameswar and Bheems Ceciroleo composed music for this action thriller, which also stars Daksha Nagarkar, Faria Abdullah, Sushant, Megha Akash, and Poojita Ponnada.
The movie tells us the story of Ravi (Ravi Teja) who’s a criminal lawyer. He stumbles upon a case of Harika (Megha Akash) and shows a great deal of interest in it. At the same time, a series of murders are happening in the city. What connection has Ravi with murders? Does he know who is the killer? Answers to these questions form the rest of the story.
