Creative Director Krishna Vamsi’s latest film Ranga Marthanda was released yesterday. The film carried a good positive pre-release buzz from the industry circle and with an additional advantage of festival day release, the movie was off to an excellent start at the box office.
Considering the film’s genre, we can say that it had opened with good occupancy at major centers and in B, C Centers also, the movie has received more than expected numbers.

Ranga Marthanda is the official remake of Marathi blockbuster Natsamrat directed by popular artist Mahesh Manjrekar. Starring Nana Patekar in the titular role, the heart-touching drama depicts the tragic family life of a stage actor who has retired from acting but cannot forget his fond memories of theater.
