Director SS Rajamouli has been giving reference of his dream project “Mahabharat” for many days. Everyone knows that it has been his dream project since he entered the Telugu Film Industry, and several times the materialization of this biggest project had come out in the discussions of industry circles and movie lovers.
However, he has repeatedly said that he is not yet ready to start working on this ambitious epic drama, as he believes that he needs to gain much more experience to handle the project. In a recent interaction with the media, he revealed a crucial detail about this project. Rajamouli stated that he will make it into a 10-part film series, with every current project he is working on serving as a stepping stone towards achieving his goal.
Rajamouli stated that it may take a year for him to just understand and get an idea of all the available versions of Mahabharat in the country. Needless to say that whenever he launches his dream project of Mahabharat into a10 parts (or more) feature film, it would be an unprecedented project in the history of Indian Cinema as many big stars from all film industries will be present in the movie.
Meanwhile, it is very well known to everyone that SS Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu will be working together soon. According to the reports, the film will begin with large-scale workshops in late 2023. Rajamouli is putting in place workshops for various departments that will continue for six months. There will be a large VFX in this movie, so the unit will take place in workshops on VFX composition, the use of green carpets, and other aspects as per the reports. It is also said that the movie will be made as a trilogy.
