The movie is targeting a release on August 13th for the Independence Day weekend. The movie has a lot of craze in the overseas market. Sukumar has a really solid market in overseas. Even Allu Arjun’s last release Ala Vaikunthapurramulo scored non-Baahubali records in multiple overseas territories such as the USA and Australia. Distributors are willing to invest up to 9crs for the overseas rights. However, the producer is quoting 12 cr. Distributors are still not sure about the impact of the COVID-19 on the market so they are skeptical about offering more than 10 crores. Things should get settled by August but vaccines would have to be distributed quickly for that to happen. Recently Mega Star’s Acharya Overseas deal has been closed for 11Crs which is huge and this film would give a clear picture about Overseas market which will hit screens on 13th May.
