Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan has now made it to OTT platform. The film, for now, is available on Amazon Prime on a rental basis in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
Starring Vikram, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai, Trisha, and Jayam Ravi in key roles, this historical action drama will release on a nonrental basis on Amazon Prime on 4th November.
For now, viewers can watch Ponniyin Selvan for Rs 199. The OTT response is very crucial for this project as it will help create a buzz for the sequel which will release soon. The film has done extraordinary business in the Tamil market. However for the sequel to do equally well in all areas, the OTT release will play a vital role.
