Baahubali 3 Confirmed, But Not Immediate

Baahubali is all set for a grand re-release in theaters worldwide, and the fans cannot keep their excitement regarding the details or any hint about Baahubali 3, as the makers say that there are some plans, but they will not come out immediately. 

The makers will release the teaser of “Baahubali: The Eternal War” (a 3D animated film) along with Baahubali: The Epic. It’s a large-scale 3D animated film, and it is a continuation of the world of Baahubali.

Baahubali World will continue to expand, but Baahubali 3 will take time to arrive

Producer Shobu also confirmed that Baahubali has a big world and there are some plans and huge potential for Baahubali 3, and it may take time, but it will definitely happen. After Mahesh Babu’s film, Rajamouli has not committed to any film until now.

So, we need to wait and see whether he comes back to the Maashimathi world or if he will pick another film.

So, Sreeleela has a huge and tough task to lead the Hindi remake of Arundhati, as she has not played such a powerful character until now. We need to wait to see how much she can match up to Anushka. Definitely, this is her biggest chance to show her acting capabilities, but it is not easy to live up to the expectations as well.

Kantara Chapter 1 and Lokah Chapter 1 Hit OTT Platforms Tonight

Indian OTT viewers are in for a big night tonight as the two most recent successful films, Kantara Chapter 1 and Lokah: Chapter 1 Chandra, hit OTT platforms (Prime Video and Jio Hotstar).

The industry hit of Mollywood and 1st 300 Cr grosser, Lokah Chapter 1, is streaming from tonight on Jio Hotstar in all languages. Given its announcement as a multi-part franchise film, the makers anticipate a significant response from audiences across all languages in the digital space.

The biggest grosser of the year, Kantara Chapter 1, will be available for streaming on Prime Video from tonight in South Indian languages. In Hindi, the movie will stream from 28th November due to an 8-week theatrical window.

So many OTT viewers look forward to watching Kantara Chapter 1 and Lokah: Chapter 1 Chandra, as they have achieved big success at the box office.

One of the most interesting discussions among cinephiles about the re-release of Baahubali is how the team managed to cut a single film by combining two parts. In a recent promotional interview, the details of the scenes that were trimmed from Baahubali: The Epic have been revealed. 

Director SS Rajamouli, Hero Prabhas, and Rana Daggubati took part in a candid interview for the re-release of their magnum opus. During their chat, Rajamouli revealed what actual scenes he has removed or trimmed from Baahubali: The Epic.

Tamannaah’s Love Track Trimmed from Baahubali: The Epic

According to Rajamouli, the scenes that involve Avantika’s love story have been mostly removed from the film, and three songs—Pacchabottesina and Irukkupo from the first part and Kanna Nidurinchara from the second part—have been removed from the film, along with a few scenes in war sequences.

The combined duration of the two Baahubali parts is 5 hours and 27 minutes, while the runtime of Baahubali: The Epic is 3 hours, 50 minutes, and 44 seconds.

The first half’s runtime is 1 hour, 42 minutes, and 33 seconds, while the second half’s runtime is 2 hours, 8 minutes, and 11 seconds.

Mahesh Babu’s Murari 4K and Khaleja 4K are record rerelease grossers in Tollywood with over 9 Cr gross. Now, Baahubali: The Epic crosses this gross with just pre-sales alone, and creates history.

The opening day pre-sales of Rajamoli’s masterpiece have crossed 9 Cr, including the premieres, and the good thing is that the movie is carrying good advances for the weekend as well. 

Hyderabad City is carrying record advances for the opening day, and it is already at 2.25 Cr, which is on par with a crazy tier 2 star film’s release

Baahubali: The Epic creates history at the box office as it becomes the record re-release grosser with pre-sales alone, and it will definitely receive a massive opening in Telugu.

But we need to see how it trends in other languages. The film is re-releasing in all languages, and if the film sees a momentum in all languages, definitely there is a chance of the film achieving the record of first-ever 100 Cr milestone in re-releases.

Wamiqa Gabbi Roped In as Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Heroine

Lokesh Kanagaraj has announced his debut as a lead hero under the direction of Arun Matheswaran, who confirms Bollywood sensation Wamiqa Gabbi will be playing the female lead in the film.

The film is currently in progress, and it will be wrapped up entirely by January 2026. It is being made as a gangster action film.
