Prabhudeva’s generous gesture for Game Changer

Popular Dance choreographer cum Actor Prabhudeva came onboard for Game Changer. He choreographed the song, Jaragandi which featured both Ram Charan and Kiara Advani shaking their legs. Now, a surprising news has been revealed by the Director of the film, Shankar about Prabhudeva’s gesture for the film.

Shankar while speaking at today’s Trailer launch event of the film said that Prabhudeva denied any remuneration for composing the song as a sweet gesture. He also said that the Dance Master only desired of a thank card as credits in the film. This was a great move by Prabhudeva marking as his respect for Director Shankar and also the team. The Dance Master has a great bonding with the family of Ram Charan as well.

Jaragandi song has been made with big budget which was evident from its visuals and sets used. The film’s trailer has been out now showcasing the film’s theme and making. The film will also see a release on 10th January as Sankranthi bonanza. There are high expectations on the film from fans and audiences.

Dabidi Dibidi: Thaman continues to disappoint

Daaku Maharaaj Third single, Dabidi Dibidi featuring Urvashi Rautela in a special appearance released now on YouTube. There were high expectations on the song since the two songs that were released till now from the film were just okayish. Dabidi Dibidi was planned to satisfy the mass audience but it fell short and Thaman has disappointed again.

The song which expected to set the hype factor for the film didn’t provide enough. Balakrishna too looked less energetic which felt surprising. The song has definitely failed to create impact and the Trailer must work big for the film and the team as well. The Trailer is set to roll out on 4th January.

Thaman delivered great chartbusters for Balakrishna for their past collaborations. But Daaku Maharaj surely missed this advantage. Arriving on 12th January as Sankranthi bonanza, the film is directed by Bobby and produced by Naga Vamsi.

If we look at the negative side first, the film’s plot and screenplay look like a regular Telugu commercial film’s style. But if we think from the box office side, it will be safer also. The positive point for the trailer is that Shankar seems to have covered all the required elements for a commercial film, and it will work well for a festival like Sankranthi.

All the visuals look rich, and the action episodes are in full mass mode. Thaman’s background music is also good. Ram Charan seems to have donned multiple getups in the film, and two of them, IPS, IAS have caught audiences’ attention after watching the trailer.

Pushpa 2 Hindi Version Joins 1000 Cr Club

With each passing day, Pushpa 2 is crossing one milestone after another. The film is unstoppable in the Hindi markets and has now entered the Rs 1000 crore club. Including today’s numbers so far, the film’s Hindi nett has come up to around Rs 710 Cr in India. The gross is around 860 Cr.

In the overseas market, Pushpa 2 has performed well in Hindi and has collected $16 Million +. With this, the film has joined the Rs 1000 Cr club in the Hindi version alone. The makers predicted this before release, and the film has done so.

Pushpa 2 has now become the third film after Shahrukh Khan’s Pathaan and Jawan to collect more than 1000 Cr gross in the Hindi language. The film is expected to do another 50 Cr gross in Hindi easily.

Pushpa 2 is the first movie to cross the 700 Crore net mark in India and it is not done yet as the Bollywood trade believes it can go closer to 750 Cr + in full run.

Mega Family stars set to rule 2025

2024 saw no releases from the top stars of Mega Family. Pawan Kalyan became busy with his political commitments and didn’t participate much in his films’ shoot. Chiranjeevi too took time to set a film with Vassishta for Vishwambhara. Ram Charan’s Game Changer went into major delays. But all these Mega stars are set to rule 2025 ending fans and audience’s disappointment.

First on the list is Game Changer which is slated for release on 10th January this month as Sankranthi release. There are huge expectations on the film and the film is also set for a big opening. Vishwambhara is already scheduled for release during the Summer season and it will be a socio fantasy extravaganza. OG and Hari Hara Veera Mallu shoot has also been resumed and they too will see releases in the year.

Apart from these stars, Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu will have no releases. NTR will have War 2 co-starring Hrithik Roshan having huge expectations. Prabhas will meet the audience with his The Raja Saab. The film is currently under shoot directed by Maruthi. So, among the six major films coming from all stars, 4 will be from Mega Family.

Mufasa The Lion King joins the 100 Cr Net Club in India. Made as a sequel to the Lion King (2019), Mufasa was released in theaters worldwide on December 20, 2024. The film received average reviews, but it is having a good run at the theaters.

Mahesh Babu dubbed for the titular character, Mufasa in the Telugu version. Mufasa becomes the 14th Hollywood film to join the 100 Cr net club in India. On Christmas day the film joined the 100 Cr club. The film’s English, Telugu and Tamil versions performed very well, but the Hindi version disappointed a bit. Overall, it was a good performance for the film at the Indian box office. The trade expects Mufasa to collect in the range of 150 Cr in its full run. Mufasa The Lion King joins the 100 Cr Net Club in India.

Backed by Walt Disney Studios, the Hollywood musical drama is directed by Barry Jenkins. Mahesh dubbed his voice for Mufasa in while Satyadev dubbed his voice for Taka/Scar. Ali, Brahmanandam, Shaking Sheshu and Ayyappa P Sharma dubbed for other crucial characters in the film. Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan dubbed his voice for Mufasa’s character in Hindi.

Kalki 2898 AD starring Prabhas became one of the biggest blockbusters of Tollywood. The film grossed more than 1000 crores worldwide also establishing many area wise records. One such record is in overseas market where it has reigned supreme unanimously.

Kalki 2898 AD grossed $31 Million in the overseas region. Pushpa 2 which recently released was expected ro break this record but it couldn’t beat it. Allu Arjun’s Case: Big Relief To Producers

The Telangana High Court has provided interim relief to the producers of ‘Pushpa 2’, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar and Yerneni Naveen, in connection with a case registered following the stampede incident near Sandhya Theatre. The court has directed the police not to arrest the producers but allowed the investigation to continue.


The case pertains to an unfortunate stampede that occurred near the theater during a promotional event, leading to a police complaint being filed against the producers. Ravi Shankar and Naveen approached the Telangana High Court, seeking to quash the FIR registered against them by the Chikkadpally police. The court took up the matter for hearing on Tuesday.


During the hearing, the petitioners’ counsel argued that the theater’s security arrangements do not fall under the purview of the producers. They emphasized that the producers had duly informed the police about the event in advance, enabling adequate deployment of personnel at the venue. Despite their proactive measures, an unforeseen incident occurred, the counsel stated.


The petitioners’ legal team further contended that the producers had no direct involvement in the stampede and that none of the allegations mentioned in the FIR were applicable to them. After hearing the arguments, the court issued interim orders preventing the arrest of the producers. Additionally, it directed the police to file a counter affidavit and deferred further proceedings by two weeks.
