Naga Vamsi hypes up Daaku Maharaaj again

Daaku Maharaaj starring Balakrishna is gearing up for release on 12th January this month as Sankranthi bonanza. The film is currently in the post-production stage and Third Single of the film, Dabidi Dibidi has also been released. To fans and audience excitement, Producer of the film, Naga Vamsi revealed something hyping up the expectation level of Daaku Maharaaj again.

Naga Vamsi tweeted on his official X/Twitter handle that a particular scene from Daaku Maharaaj would blow the minds of fans and audience equating it to the popular scene of Samara Simha Reddy. This has definitely raised the expectation level of Daaku Maharaaj. The Producer earlier too confirmed the film to becoming a blockbuster.

While the songs of the film disappoint, the Trailer must impress unanimously to get good openings and set right tone at the box office. The Trailer will be released tomorrow on YouTube. The censor formalities are also yet to begin.

Baahubali 2 became one of the biggest blocksters of Indian Cinema grossing more than 1800 crores gross worldwide. The film stands only next to Dangal which did more than 2000 crores worldwide. But Pushpa 2 which released recently stunned all with its exceptional box office performance. Now, the Production house of the film, Mythri Movie Makers released a poster declaring Pushpa 2 has surpassed Baahubali 2.

The team of Pushpa 2 announced that the film grossed more than 1799 crores worldwide for 4 weeks and by today, the film will go close to 1810 crores. This means that the film is set to be declared as surpassing Baahubali 2 officially. But, there has a significant difference between the makers and tracking websites numbers.

This also becomes the main reason why many box office portals didn’t report of the film crossing Baahubali 2. As per the trade, Pushpa 2 will be somewhere in the range of 1600 crores but it has surpassed 1800 crores mark according to the makers. So,let’s how it goes by its full run.

Today, the much-awaited collaboration of Director Rajamouli and Actor Mahesh Babu happened for their upcoming film, tentatively titled, SSMB29. Breaking the tradition, Mahesh Babu for the first time appeared for the ceremony after more than a decade. But, the opening ceremony was concealed, making it a secret activity. Not even one picture of the ceremony came out to everyone’s surprise. No one knows why the team and Director Rajamouli have opted for something he never did in his career.

Director Rajamouli usually arranges a formal press meet before his film’s launch. He explains the story, the plot’s theme, and other crucial details of the film answering many questions posed by the media additionally. But no such press meet has been conducted till now and he went straight ahead with a direct opening pooja ceremony today. This felt strange and surprising. The reason behind Rajamouli going with a different approach for SSMB29 this way needs answers.

When asked about the same when he graced the Trailer launch event of Game Changer, Rajamouli denied a reply. The commencement of the regular shoot of the film has also not been announced officially by the makers. But it is speculated that the shoot would start in April. Ram Charan will be gracing Hindi Bigg Boss. Director Shankar and Ram Charan’s first ever collaboration, Game Changer is all set to enthrall fans on big screens in another week. The fans were disappointed with the way the film’s promotions went until recently.

SS Rajamouli Calls Shankar the ‘Original Gangster’ of Big-Screen Entertainment

Celebrated director SS Rajamouli graced the trailer launch event of Ram Charan’s much-awaited film ‘Game Changer’ as the chief guest. During his address, Rajamouli spoke highly of director Shankar and his significant contribution to Indian cinema.

Rajamouli remarked, “I was informed that ‘Game Changer’ is Shankar sir’s first straight Telugu film. But, Shankar sir, we have always considered you as one of our own, a Telugu director. You are a true inspiration. Over the years, there have been several pan-Indian films, and many directors from this generation consider me a role model. But for me and my contemporaries, Shankar has always been the OG—the Original Gangster of grand cinematic entertainment. He instilled confidence in filmmakers to dream big.”

The ‘RRR’ director expressed his admiration for the Game Changer trailer, stating that it reminded him of vintage Shankar. “Watching the trailer, I could see glimpses of the classic Shankar we all admire. There are several moments in the trailer that deserve appreciation.”

Turning his attention to Ram Charan, Rajamouli didn’t hold back his praise for the star. “Ram Charan is like a brother to me. I have witnessed his incredible growth as an actor. The difference between his performances in ‘Magadheera’ and ‘RRR’ is astounding. I am truly proud of what he has achieved.”

Game Changer, is set to release on January 10, 2025, for Sankranthi . The film has already generated significant buzz, and Rajamouli’s glowing words have added to the anticipation surrounding this grand project.
