Sankranthiki Vasthunnam had a grand release today with the film poised for blockbuster collections for the festive season. This Venkatesh- Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary starter took a sensational start at the Box office and registered a record opening for Venkatesh by miles.

The Anil Ravipudi film has maintained the same momentum for advance bookings tomorrow. In Andhra Pradesh day 2 shows count and advance bookings gross is bigger than day 1 bookings gross. This is a massive sign of bigger collections in the days to come.

Within this weekend Sankranthiki Vasthunam will head towards breaking Venkatesh’s biggest film F2. The film will certainly collect 100 Cr share and even collecting 100 Cr in just Telugu states is also possible.

The buyers are continuously adding extra shows and early morning shows for the film. There is a huge demand for tickets in all territories and the film has clearly emerged as the Sankranti 2025 winner.

Jailer 2 has been announced officially

Jailer 2 has been announced officially. Finally, the most awaited announcement of the sequel of Jailer is out with Nelson’s mark glimpse. The fans of Tamil Cinema and Rajini admirers are going gaga over by sharing the announcement video.

The film’s shoot is expected to start in March this year, and the team is planning for Summer 2026 release. Jailer 2 has been announced officially.

The announcement video was simultaneously screened in many theaters across the country. It shows Nelson and Anirudh chilling in a beach house in Goa, and discussing what to do next, and they also have the regular fun banter like in Beast and other films’ announcement.

As they continue to chill, with a big buildup of an. action sequence, the “Hukum” number from Jailer starts, and Rajinikanth enters as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian, and takes over the video as we are primed for the announcement of Jailer 2.

Produced by Kalanithi Maran’s Sun Pictures, there have been no official announcements about the cast and crew of Jailer 2, but there are reports about other industry stars making cameos in Jailer’s Sequel.

As Game Changer badly needed a positive result considering the big budget involved he decided moving Sankranthiki Vasthunam to Summer. But Venkatesh and Director Anil Ravipudi rejected this sticking only for Sankranthi slot.

Now, Game Changer is heading towards a failure giving huge loss to the buyers. But the same buyers had also bought Sankranthiki Vasthunam this season. Now, these losses incurred with Game Changer will definitely be covered with the profits of Sankranthiki Vasthunam. Dil Raju will not have to give compensation to them with this. It is also known that the streaming rights for all languages of OG were bought for a record price by Netflix. The film will also have a theatrical window period of 4 weeks after its release.
