0

Bollywood star actor Aamir Khan’s latest film, Sitaare Zameen Par, received a decent response in the theaters. Now, the film is up for a new wave in the digital world. Sitaare Zameen Par is set for streaming on YouTube.

Aamir Khan has officially announced that his film, Sitaare Zameen Par, will stream on YouTube with a pay-per-view option starting August 1, priced at ₹100. The film will be available on the actor’s YouTube channel—Aamir Khan Talkies: Janta Ka Theatre.

Sitaare Zameen Par to arrive on YouTube

Earlier, the Dangal actor stated that he was experimenting by not opting for a traditional OTT release, and he also mentioned that the OTT streaming window could be extended further.

However, the film is now arriving on YouTube within the existing 8-week theatrical window for OTT releases that Bollywood is following.

So, Aamir Khan did not increase the streaming window as promised. Be it YouTube or any platform, the film will be available for streaming.

Aamir Khan’s attempt with Sitaare Zameen Par Could Bring a New Wave in the Digital World

But we can also see it from another angle as a new experiment regarding the digital release. Rather than agreeing to the terms and conditions of the OTT platforms (like most of the films do), Aamir is opening a new window for digital movie-watching space.

Meanwhile, fans are excited to learn that Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par is set for streaming on YouTube with a pay-per-view option.

War 2 Pre Release Event Details

0

NTR fans eagerly await seeing their favorite hero and Hrithik Roshan on the same stage for the promotions of War 2. Their hopes are coming alive, as War 2 pre-release event details are out now.

The most anticipated big promotional event, the War 2 pre-release event, will be held on 10th August in Vijayawada. Besides NTR and Hrithik Roshan, the entire team is expected to attend this event.

War 2: Promotional Material and Pre-Release Event Should Click Big

There were some rumors that Tarak and Hrithik will promote the sequel of War individually for a few days and then unite on the big promotional event in the Telugu States.

However, those reports did not come true. Meanwhile, the songs from the film are expected to be released in the coming weeks.

With a massive clash at the box office with Rajinikanth-Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Coolie, Yash Raj Films’ War 2 is expected to set the screens on fire upon its release.

Pawan Kalyan Stardom Now in Fan Boys Hands

0

Power Star Pawan Kalyan faced a big failure with his recent release, Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1—Sword vs. Spirit. He has two films lined up for release next, OG and Ustaad Bhagat Singh. Pawan Kalyan’s stardom is now in his fanboys’ hands.

Everyone knows that Pawan is one of the biggest stars ever in Tollywood, who has immense craze, fan following, and box office records. There is no doubt that he is one of the stars who can put on a big opening despite any negative factors.

Pawan Kalyan’s Stardom brings good openings for Hari Hara Veera Mallu, but the unanimous negative talk did not help after that

His recent film, Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s openings, are an example of this. But due to his political commitments, Pawan did not do massive projects, and Veera Mallu, which is a massive project, was not handled as it should have been.

A lot of things happened during the shooting of HHVM, and its release got delayed, which resulted in a bad output.

After Attarintiki Daredi, Pawan Kalyan did not see his range of success, and due to that, he and his films are not in the top list of recent box office stats. Also, Pawan said he may not continue the films after current commitments due to political activities.

Pawan Kalyan’s OG and Ustaad Bhagat Singh: Bore directed by Fanboys

So OG and Ustaad Bhagat Singh are most probably his last films, and both films’ directors are his hardcore fans. We can say that Pawan Kalyan’s stardom is now in his fanboys’ hands, Sujeeth and Harish Shankar.

Both filmmakers need to deliver massive blockbusters, and if the content is good, then definitely Pawan Kalyan shows what he is capable of at the box office.

Harish Shankar and Sujeeth need to showcase their big fandom by giving huge comebacks for their favorite hero at the box office.

Both films carry immense buzz among audiences, and everyone anticipates that both films will definitely provide a massive comeback for PK.

War 2 Needs Big Bang Audio

0

War 2, the big-budgeted spy-action drama, is all set to enthrall fans in theaters in another two weeks. Hrithik Roshan and NTR play the lead roles in this film, which is the biggest grace factor for it, but War 2 needs a big bang audio to raise the buzz.

As said above, the film marks the union of one big star from the South and the other from the North. It has an exciting genre, a successful franchise, and a massive multistarrer combination.

All these are exciting factors for audiences, but when we see the promotional content, the posters, teaser, and trailer released from the film so far are not that exciting. The overall promotional content did not receive a stunning response, but it got a moderate response.

For such a massive budget and combination film, the promotional content should also click superbly. Rajinikanth’s Coolie, which is also releasing on the same day as the War sequel, has better hype.

The film’s promotional content continuously exciting the audience compared to Yash Raj banner’s big film. That is why Hrithik Roshan and NTR’s War 2 needs a big bang audio.

For any film, songs take the buzz to the next level, and from the sequel of War, two songs are expected to be released before the release; one is a romantic song between Hrithik and Kiara Advani.

The second one is the most exciting dance number between Hrithik and NTR. Both songs need to work massively for the film to take the buzz to a new level.

Kingdom’s Pre-Release Business: Censor Report, Break-Even Target, and OTT Rights

0

Vijay Devarakonda’s Kingdom gears up for a big release this Thursday. The film’s trailer worked so well for it, and the pre-release event last night was also successful with Anirudh’s performance and his positive review for the film.

The movie was censored with U/A with a runtime of 160 minutes. Some shots that show bloodshed were replaced, as the makers wanted a U/A certificate.

The Break-Even Target of Kingdom

The Nizam rights of the film were sold for 15 Cr, with Andhra [6 Territories] going for 15 Cr and Ceeded 6 Cr. Total Telugu states pre-business stand at 36 Cr, and Kingdom’s worldwide Telugu version’s break-even value is 50 Cr.

Trailer Raises the Buzz for Kingdom: Needs a Positive WOM to achieve Break-Even Target

The makers somehow did not do much promotion in other languages, and we need to see how the movie fares there.

Saamrajya (Kingdom Hindi Version) Trailer

The digital rights of the film have been bought by Netflix for all languages for a big price of 50 Cr.

So, all in all, Vijay Deveerakonda’s Kingdom pre-release event last night sustained the buzz that it generated after the trailer’s release, and the advance ticket sales are also good for the film.

Directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, the film can achieve its break-even target if it receives positive WOM from audiences and critics.

Hari Hara Veera Mallu Declared a Disaster

0

Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu sees a poor opening weekend with 103 Cr gross worldwide and 63 Cr share (including GST) with a recovery of 52%. Looking at the trend, Hari Hara Veera Mallu is declared a disaster.

The makers have already released the film in deficit, and they needed huge overflows to be in a safe position. But sadly, the distributors themselves are now facing huge losses because of the poor performance of the film.

Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu Crashes on First Monday and Becomes a Disaster

Now, that is another burden for the producers of HHVM, to compensate for these losses of buyers. After a poor first weekend, the period action drama completely crashes on Monday.

The shocking thing is that the share falls below 1 Cr, as most theaters saw deficits. These numbers indicate the movie almost ended its theatrical run, and that is why Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu can be declared as a disaster.

If the makers’ claim of the film’s budget being ₹300 Cr is to be believed, then the theatrical share is just 20% of the total budget, and they lost huge money on the film.

Avatar: Fire and Ash Trailer Disappoints

0

Everyone knows that James Cameron’s Avatar (2009) was a sensational blockbuster, and it also worked massively for Indian audiences. The reputed filmmaker comes with the Avatar: Fire and Ash trailer now, which disappoints the fans.

Avatar Part 2, which was released in 2022, received great applause for visuals, but it did not satisfy audiences regarding the content compared to Part 1. But still, it managed to post good numbers in India and worldwide.

The third part of Avatar arrives this December, and the trailer is out now. Though the trailer promises grand and never-before-seen visuals, the impact is still not as effective as the first part. James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash trailer disappoints the fans as it goes on a very slow and dull note.

The trailer starts with a Na’vi soaring on the Ikran among floating mountains, then transitions to a water scene that echoes the previous films’ journey.

Enter the Wind Traders, a Na’vi tribe that uses air travel. Jake Sully gets separated from his family as he navigates Pandora’s volcanic landscape to save them. We see the Ash People from Pandora, with Varang at the helm, and he’s not exactly welcoming to Jake, Neytiri, and their loved ones.

One can see a conflict brewing among the Na’vi, with Varang opposing Jake and his family. Overall, the trailer of Avatar 3 does not reach the expectations, as it does not have anything special or striking.

James Cameron wrote and directed Avatar: Fire and Ash, the third film in the franchise, with two more sequels planned. The original Avatar (2009) remains the highest-grossing film ever, making nearly 3 billion dollars worldwide. In no time, Avatar: Way of the Water (2022) secured the position of third-highest-grossing film, behind its predecessor and Avengers: Endgame.

The advance bookings for the film are trending on a good note, set for Vijay Devarakonda’s career’s biggest start at the box office.

The team did a pre-release event in Hyderabad, and during the event, Anirudh gave a positive review for Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom.

Anirudh’s Review for Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom

“I have watched the entire film. Normally I don’t give big statements if I do not like the film. For the Kingdom, with confidence, I am saying that the film will be a big milestone in Vijay Devarakonda, Gowtham, my, and Naga Vamsi’s careers.”

The Coolie music director also stated that producer Naga Vamsi is like his mentor, and he has always been supportive of him. He also mentioned Vijay Devarakonda came all the way to Chennai to talk to him.
