Naga Shaurya’s landmark 20th film ‘Lakshya’ is currently in the post-production stage. Santhossh Jagarlapudi is directing the film where Ketika Sharma is playing the female lead.
Presented by Sonali Narang, the film is produced by Narayan Das K. Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, Sharrath Marar in Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, and Northstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd banners.
The makers yesterday unveiled a poster asking netizens to speculate the release date of the film. The poster showed four different dates. The makers came up with a new poster today and it confirms, Lakshya will be releasing worldwide on November 12th.

The Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce (TFCC) on Sunday distanced itself from the statements made by Pawan Kalyan. Speaking at the pre-release function of Republic, Pawan lashed out aggressively at the AP government for its unfavorable initiatives that are hurting TFI.
“When the investment is being poured by private players to produce a movie, how can the government dictate terms? It’s the Indian Republic, people will revolt if it’s “YSRCP republic,” warned Kalyan. He was expressing his dissatisfaction over the AP Government G.O and ticket pricing and sale policies.
The TFCC meanwhile expressed that “Various individuals have expressed their views, opinions, and anguish on different platforms. These are not the voices of the industry as a whole.”
The press note further read that the governments of both the Telugu states have been quite supportive of the TFI. It further said that the TFI has approached the government of Andhra Pradesh to guide them through the pandemic and various other issues.

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s recent speech at the Republic pre-release event has become the talk of the town. The actor directly attacked the AP government on the tickets pricing G.O and other related issues. During his speech, Pawan spoke about the recent Tuck Jagadish fiasco where due to the government’s policies Nani had to face the burnt of the exhibitors.
“I was hurt hearing such comments against Nani. What can he do? Since theatres are not functional, they decided to release the film. The distributors should fight with the YSRCP leaders and ensure the opening of theatres,” said Pawan Kalyan.
Reacting to the support he received from the Powerstar, Nani took to Twitter and thanked him. In a follow-up tweet, he also requested AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy to intervene and revive the cinema.
