Balakrishna’s Akhanda pre-release event details

Balakrishna’s Akhanda is gearing up for a grand worldwide release on December 2nd. Akhanda’s trailer was released recently with Balayya’s powerful dialogue and intense action scenes drawing great applause.

The film’s censor will happen tomorrow at 4 PM. The pre-release event will take place at Shilpa Kala Vedika on 27th November.

The movie is the third one in the combination of Balakrishna and the director after Simha and Legend. Fans are eagerly waiting to see what kind of intense action the duo has packed in the film. Adding to this, the trailer has also taken the hype around the movie to great heights.

Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy teaser has released and it’s intriguing!

Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy has been one film that has been raising curiosity right from the release of its first posters. The film has a supernatural element to it and is based on the reincarnation theme. The makers released the teaser of the film at a grand event held in Hyderabad.

The teaser has a sense of mystery to it and is set in Kolkata with Nani portraying the titular role. Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty also made a brief appearance in the teaser but not much was revealed about their role.

The visuals looks stunning and the production values add to the richness of the trailer. Nani can be seen in two looks and his character of Shyam Singha Roy is definitely going to be an interesting one.

Rahul Sankirthyan has directed this film and it also stars Madonna Sebastian and Murali Sharma in key roles. This supernatural thriller is slated to release on 24th December.

Icon Star Allu Arjun’s Pushpa is a month away from its release and promotions and pre-release trade has picked up steam. The Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of this action drama have been acquired by Lyca Productions for a sum of Rs 5.5 crores. This deal has been closed for all the languages Pushpa will be releasing in.

The makers are racing against time to ensure everything is ready by the release date on December 17th. Allu Arjun will be seen as a red sandalwood smuggler with Rashmika co-starring with him for the first time. His looks and mannerisms are going to be one of the highlights of this action entertainer.

Nagarjuna’s Bangarraju team considering these 2 Dates

Amidst Tollywood biggies hitting the screens for Sankranti, there’s also Nagarjuna’s Bangarraju slotted for release. The makers are yet to finalise a date for the release but there are two dates currently in consideration.

The film is jointly produced by Annapurna Studios and Zee Studios banners. Annapurna banner is favouring 13th January for release date while Zee Studios is looking at 15th January as a viable option. As of now, talks are one between the two production giants with Annapurna Studios team looking to fix 13th as the date.

Kalyan Krishna is directing this project which is a prequel to the 2016 socio fantasy Soggade Chinni Nayana. Naga Chaitanya will be teaming up with Nagarjuna for the other lead role.

The celebrated father-son duo previously appeared together in Akkineni’s multi-starrer Manam which is remembered as one of the all-time classics.

Ramya Krishna who was paired in Soggade Chinni Nayana, is part of Nagarjuna’s Bangaraju as well. The makers have roped in Krithi Shetty to play Naga Chaitanya’s love interest.

Mega Star Chiranjeevi who has so far maintained a diplomatic stance on the ongoing ticket issue has now lashed out at the AP Government. Speaking on the issue, Chiranjeevi reminded the government that their term is for 5 years only while that of a cine actor is timeless. The love and support that cine stars receive is a result of years of hard work and it is really unfortunate the way the government has been treating them of late.

Chiranjeevi said that film industry like any other industry has a duty to pay taxes to the government which they are totally supportive of. However, no government has a right to decide the ticket prices, stated the Mega Star.

This speech of Chiranjeevi at the Santosham Awards has stunned all and has become a hot topic on social media.

Mega Star Chiranjeevi further added that he has time and again worked for the betterment of the industry and will continue to do so. Dil Raju’s crazy condition for Akhanda & Radhe Shyam release

Prabhas’ Radhe Shyam and Balakrishna’s Akhanda are two of the most awaited Tollywood biggies at the moment. Akhanda’s recently released trailer and Radhe Shyam’s Vikramaditya teaser have taken expectations to another level.

Dil Raju has acquired the Uttarandhra rights for both these films and has reportedly posed a unique condition to the exhibitors. The ace producer has made it clear to the local exhibitors that if they want to go screen Akhanda for 1 week, then they have to agree to screen Radhe Shyam for 2 weeks compulsorily.

Radhe Shyam is all set to hit the screens on January 14th and Prabhas has started his dubbing portions for the film. Akhanda, on the other hand will release on December 2nd and fans are all excited to catch Balayya-Boyapati combo yet again.

Mahesh- Trivikram to start from December end

Superstar Mahesh Babu and Trivikram’s much-awaited project will go on floors in December end. This will be the third film for Mahesh Babu and Trivikram after Athadu and Khaleja. The makers of the film, Haarika and Haasine Creations made an official announcement on this earlier this year much to the excitement of the movie lovers.

PMK files Rs 5 crore suit against Suriya and Amazon Prime

Suriya’s recent critically acclaimed film Jai Bhim was at the centre of controversy and legal trouble. Vanniyars, a community in Tamil Nadu have sent a legal notice to Suriya and Amazon Prime Video “unconditional apology” for “tarnishing and damaging” the reputation of the community.

Vanniyar Sangam, the parent organization of Paatali Makkal Katchi (PMK) has sent legal notice to Suriya and Amazon Prime Video along with Jyotika, director T J Gnanavel and also sought damages of Rs 5 crore. 

Jai Bhim based on the real-life story of Parvati’s struggle to get justice for her husband Rajakannu’s custodial death has received all-around praise.

However, the legal notice sent by Vanniyar Sangam through PMK lawyer K Baalu accuses the filmmakers of deliberately changing the name of only one character
