Mahesh Babu Buys Plot In Jubilee Hills for whooping price

Superstar Mahesh Babu has bought a plot in the posh Jubilee Hills for a whopping 26CR. The Srimanthudu actor is currently busy with the shoot of his much-awaited film Sarakaru Vaari Paata.

Mahesh Babu has been suffering from a knee injury. He will be returning to sets once his surgery is complete. Hopefully, he will be back in time to complete the shoot by the time of release, that is on April or May.

The plot measures a massive 1442 square yards. Mahesh Babu paid a stamp duty of Rs.1.43 crores and a transfer duty of Rs 39 lakhs at Jubilee Hills.

The sale deed for the plot was registered on November 17, 2021.

Mahesh Babu has a lot of interesting projects lined up in his professional life as well. After Sarkaru Vaari Paata, he will start shooting for SSMB 28 with Trivikram Srinivas. If it turns out like the duo’s previous work, Athadu, it will be a treat for the fans of the Superstar.

SSMB 29 has also been confirmed recently. SS Rajamouli will be collaborating with Mahesh Babu for the first time. The director is currently busy with the promotions for his magnum opus RRR.

Sarkaaru Vaari Paata also stars Keerthy Suresh and Vennela Kishore in prominent roles.

Manchu Vishnu is finally making his Kollywood debut. His Tamil film, Kural 388 was lying on the shelf for a long time and is now finally ready for release.

The film is a bilingual film and has been shot in Telugu and Tamil. Manchu Vishnu himself has given the voice for the Tamil version.

Kural 388 is a political thriller, directed by G.S Karthik. In the director’s words, Kural 388 is a hard-hitting political thriller that highlights the power of a common man in a democracy.

Manchu Vishnu will be making his debut in Kollywood as an IT professional working in the US, who wants to make a change in India. The movie will revolve around what he does to make a change as a common man.

Actress Surbhi will be playing his love interest in the movie. She will be playing the role of a happy-go-lucky modern girl.

Manchu Vishnu has suffered a series of flops recently and will be hoping for this film to work in theatres.

Kural 388 also stars Sampath Raj, Nasser, Munishkanth among other supporting characters. Well-known vernacular journalist Ravishankar has written the screenplay and Tamil dialogues.

USA, Thailand, Chennai, and Hyderabad serve as locations for the film.

SS Rajamouli is undeniably the most successful director in the film industry. He has scored hits after hits with every movie of his. His contribution to Telugu cinema is unparalleled.

The Bahubali franchise raised the bar sky-high for filmmakers not only in the Telugu industry but also in the other film industries.

Now after RRR, Rajamouli will be working with Superstar Mahesh Babu. In a recent press meet for RRR, Rajamouli has confirmed that his next movie is with Mahesh Babu. But he also said that at the moment he is not thinking about Mahesh Babu and all his focus is on RRR.

Mahesh Babu is awaiting the release of Sarkaru Vaari Paata which is scheduled to release on April 1st. After which he will be busy with SSMB 28 with Trivikram Srinivas.

The duo previously collaborated for Athadu which was a blockbuster at the time. Later they worked together for Khaleja. Although it didn’t do well at the box office, it is always a fan favorite.

It will be interesting to see what Rajamouli cooks up for Mahesh Babu. There is no doubt that the scale of the movie will be large, but will a period-action drama suit Mahesh Babu? Or does Rajamouli have something else panned? Only time can tell.

AP government serious warning to Allu Arjun’s Pushpa makers

Pushpa is in its final stages of post-production and gearing up for release on December 17th. The trailer has been a rage on the internet and the songs have been topping the charts for weeks now. Everything is super positive for the film but there is only one issue haunting the producers, ticket prices in Andhra Pradesh.

Recently, AP Government issued a GO capping the ticket prices. The ticket prices are as low as 10/- in some D centers. Many trade pundits voiced their opinion that it is not at all viable to run AC theatres in some B, C and D centers. A delegation from the producers/distributors met minister Perni Nani but nothing good came from that meeting. In previous government’s tenure, distributors used to go to court and get permission for ticket hikes for a week or two and it used to be a regular practice.

Team Pushpa waited to see if AP Government revises the GO but with no indication from them, decided to approach the High Court seeking permission for ticket hikes. They faced a huge set back from AP Government and immediately revoked the decision to approach the court. As per our sources, AP Government has warned the producers of Pushpa that if they approach the courts, Government will start raiding the theatres. It is an open fact that many theatres don’t even have proper licenses. So, if the Government plays hard ball, it is very difficult for the business of films in the state. The Govt. also pointed that Akhanda had extra shows and ticket hikes in a few centers and they didn’t bat an eye on that.

The producers recently revealed in a press meet that they will follow the Government orders and also commented that the films will be affected due to low pricing. With RRR, Radhe Shyam and other biggies lined up for release, it would be interesting to see if TFI producers take a different approach to tackle this issue.

Its a know fact that Mega Star Chiranjeevi and Koratala Siva teamed up for their upcoming film titled Acharya. This project started 2 years back but due to pandemic, the film has been delayed several times. A few months back the team has announced that the film will be released on 4th February. But, now this Chiranjeevi,l & Ram Charan starrer Acharya to go for a reshoot.

The team has released a bunch of posters along with 2 teasers starring Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan and almost all the shooting part has been completed few weeks back. But Koratala Siva has decided to reshoot few important scenes which will take upto 10 days. Chiranjeevi’s idea was to release the film in December 3rd week and discussed the same with Allu Arjun’s Pushpa team but they haven’t agreed to postpone their release.

With no other alternative in January, the team locked their release in February. According to our sources, Acharya is likely to be postponed again to a new date which is yet to confirmed. Acharya stars Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde as lead actress opposite Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan respectively. While Mani Sharma has composed tunes for this film, Matinee Entertainments along with Konidela Productions bankrolled this project.

Pushpa, the Rise movie is going to release on December 17th, 2021. This Allu Arjun starrer movie has completed the shoot and is all set to hit the theaters next week. Mythri Movie Makers- Pushpa producers conducted an media interaction session today to talk and promote the movie. They have discussed some key points related to the movie as well as about the ticket prices in Andhra Pradesh.

The three producers have thanked Telugu audience and said that they are the best in whole world. Huge success of Akhanda and the way people have received it has boosted their confidence for the movie. They also said that Pushpa the rise budget has exceeded than what was planned earlier.

However, they said that the movie needed it and hence they were ready to spend a bit more on it. They compared Allu Arjun from Pushpa with Ram Charan in Rangasthalam saying that Pushpa Raj is going to win accolades just like Chitti babu did back then.

The special song starring Samantha is a chartbuster and is going to be an added asset to the movie. According to them it is going to take Pushpa to next level. When asked about the Andhra Pradesh ticket prices, they said that its the decision made by government and everyone has to abide by it. They added that these prices are going to have an impact on the movie collections overall.

They have revealed another thing in this media interaction and that is about Allu Arjun’s disability. In all the promotional content that movie team has released, we can see Allu Arjun have a slight disability in his shoulder part. The producers confirmed that it isn’t any disability and is a mannerism of Pushpa Raj.

The trio also added that the second part of Pushpa is going to sets in February, 2022. Pushpa: The Rise is a movie starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna as main leads. Malayalam actor Fahadh Fassil is the antagonist, Sunil and Anasuya are going to play important characters in the movie. RRR Producer responds on AP Ticket rates issue

RRR Team has started promotions for the movie. As movie is all set to release on January 7th, they are being actively interacting with media in different states. The team is participating in trailer launch at different locations. Today, they had an interaction session with media in Karnataka. During this interaction, the media person has asked about AP ticket rates and how it is going to have impact on the movie.

Director DVV Danayya said that the ticket rates are going to affect the movie and they are trying to negotiate with the government of Andhra Pradesh. These ticket rates indeed have big impact on the movies. The films that have done and been profitable in different territories are also turning out to be a loss venture in Andhra, even if it is a minor loss.

There have been multiple discussions between producers and Perni Nani, minister in Andhra Pradesh but there has been no proper resolution for AP ticket rates issue. Recently Love Story producer Narayan Das Narang has also spoken about the ticket rate issue and now DVV has also been open about how it is going to impact the film.

We have more than 25 days for the movie so let us see whether AP government will budge about the ticket rates or not.
