Pooja Hegde is one of the busiest actresses at the moment. The ‘Beast’ actresses have back-to-back projects lined up in Tollwood, Kollywood, and Bollywood. She has become the first choice for a lot of directors across the industries as the lead star for their big-budget films.
In the first half of the year, she was seen in Beast and Acharya alongside Vijay and Ram Charan respectively. She also starred opposite Prabhas in the pan-India project Radhe Shyam. While none of these films stuck gold at box-office, she is still continuing her craze among filmmakers and fans She also was a part of a special song in Venkatesh’s F3. And now, she has bagged another big project in Kollywood.
She will be seen in director Siva and Kollywood star Suriya’s upcoming action entertainer. This will be the first time she’ll be sharing screen space with Suriya. Apart from this film, she will be also seen in SSMB 28, Salman Khan’s Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and Ranveer Singh’s Cirkus.

Gopichand is one of the heroes who likes to experiment a lot. He has done various types of movies and roles throughout his career and some of these were a hit while a lot didn’t fare well at the box office. After doing lot of experiments and facing some failures, Gopichand has now decided to focus on mass entertainers only.
His latest movie Pakka commercial was a comedy entertainer that doesn’t fare as expected at the box office. Pakka Commercial has hit screens last Friday and its performance was quite poor and this has made Gopichand rethink about his choices. Despite giving some good films, director Maruthi failed at delivering an all in all entertainer. Rashi Khanna was in the lead role.
He is now planning to focus on mass movies as audience are expecting them from him.
He doesn’t want to experiment or play around different genres now. He want to keep things simple and make movies that audience want from him. His next movie with Director Hari is going to be a mass entertainer.
Let us see what kind of scripts Gopichand is going to select from here onwards. His mass movies like Lakshyam, Souryam were blockbusters at the box office and let us hope that he will see such pinnacle again.
Ghost movie Planning for direct Ott release , The makers are quoting big prices for direct OTT release . Praveen Sattaru is the director .
There is no denial in saying that we are living in the OTT era. There are so many movies that are directly getting released in OTT and are attracting people. Most of the small budget movies are planning to go for OTT release rather than a theatrical one. Right now, one such movie that may be get an OTT release is Ghost.
Ghost movie is featuring Nagarjuna as lead actor and is directed by Praveen Sattaru. As it is going to be released in the OTT itself directly, makers are trying to quote more price. We have to wait and see whether the movie will hit theaters or our screens directly.
Ghost is the upcoming movie of Nagarjuna starring Kajal Agarwal and Sonal Chauhan as female leads. As of now, the role of Kajal Agarwal isn’t clear yet so we cannot say anything about it. Although the movie makers haven’t given any more specifications related to the movie. They have released just one poster in which we can see Nagarjuna with a sword in his hand in Europe.
It is an action-packed film. Praveen Sattaru is the story writer and he is directing the movie by himself. The movie was scheduled for a theatrical release in the end of this year, but if it goes to OTT, we may get to see it even sooner.

Anupama Parameswaran has got an interesting lineup of films in 2022. Earlier this year, she starred in Rowdy Boys opposite debutant Ashish. She was also seen in a cameo in Nani’s Ante Sundaraniki. Next up, she has Karthikeya 2 and 18 Pages with Nikhil. She also has a thriller film ‘Butterfly’ coming up this year.
The first look of the movie was released early this year and this colourful poster created quite a strong buzz among the netizens. Anupama Parameswaran was seen in quite a colourful poster with wings featured around her. The makers are now planning to go for a direct OTT release for this project.
The makers of Butterfly are in talks with Disney + Hotstar for a direct release on OTT by skipping the theatres. It is a great decision as the audience in recent past has not shown much interest to watch very small budget films in theatres. Even movies like Ante Sundaraniki and Pakka Commercial failed to draw the audience to the theatres and turned out to be major disappointments.
Satish Babu Ghanta is directing this project while Ravi Prakash Bodapati, Prasad Tiruvalluri and Pradeep Nallimelli are bankrolling the film under the banner of Gen Next Movies.

Akhil Akkineni’s ambitious project Agent has been in the making for quite some time and has seen multiple delays. Now, much to the fan’s disappointment, the movie has been postponed once again. The movie was supposed to release in by now and then got pushed to August 12th.
However, the progress on the film has not been up to the mark and the unit of Agent is now considering a release in December 2022. Akhil’s injury and multiple schedule backlogs are the major reasons for these delays.
The movie has also undergone some major script changes as well as the replacement of actors. AK Entertainment and Surender 2 Cinema are bankrolling this prestigious pan-India project. The makers are leaving no expense spared and are spending a lot on action sequences. After the average performance of his last film Most Eligible Bachelor, Akhil has pinned high hopes on this project.
Malayalam Superstar Mammootty is playing a vital role in this film. Mammootty’s role in this film would be central to Akhil Akkineni’s Agent and will drive it. Surender Reddy’s stylish taking is going to be the major highlight of the movie. Akhil’s role in Agent is reportedly tailor-made to his strengths and the makers are confident of its success.
