Cheating Case filed on senior hero Rajasekhar

Senior actor Dr. Rajasekhar is not in the news for long time. But now a news is circulating about him for wrong reasons. It is heard that a cheating case is filed against Rajasekhar and his wife Jeevitha. PSV Garuda Vega producer and Jyo Star Enterprises founder Koteswara Raju and his wife Hema have filed a cheating case against the actor couple. The complaint states that the couple allegedly cheated the producer in the matter of Rs 26 Crore.

According to the producers, Rajsekhar took Rs 26 Crores as finance by guaranteeing some properties. However, Rajasekhar and Jeevitha allegedly transferred their properties to others and sold the property without clearing the loans. The producers stated that they will solve this legally as they have all the documents, cheques and promissory notes of Jeevitha Rajasekhar.

As per the reports a cheque bounce case and cheating case were filed against Rajasekhar and Jeevitha. The actor couple did not respond to the allegations. More details are yet to reveal about the case.

Looks like there is a lead hero playing an important role in the upcoming Chiranjeevi’s film. In Acharya too, an important role was played by Ram Charan alongside Chiranjeevi. Now its time for Ravi Teja to share the screen space with Chiranjeevi. It is rumoured that he is roped in for an important role in the upcoming Chiranjeevi – Bobby’s film.

Chiranjeevi has okayed a film under the direction of Bobby. The film is also rumored to be titled Waltair Veerayya. There is an important role in the film for which Ravi Teja is being considered. Ravi Teja earlier appeared in a cameo role in Shankardada Zindabad. Now, this will be a full length role for him alongside Chiranjeevi. Ravi Teja who did Power with Bobby has a good rapport with him. This may also have helped him to play this role.

Another upcoming film of Chiranjeevi with Venky Kudumula also has an important tole. The director is also looking for any young lead hero to play this role. Venky Kudumula earlier directed Chalo and Bheeshma which became successful. He grabbed the opportunity to direct Chiranjeevi for his third film.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata title song failed to reach the expectations

Sarkaru Vaari Paata title song released today has failed to reach the expectations. The song happens to be the 3rd single didn’t meet the hype that was among the fans. Earlier released singles Kalaavathi and Penny made necessary buzz and all eyes were on this single. But the title song appeared to be an average stuff from the music composer, SS Thaman. Kalaavathi garnered around 147 Million Views in 2 months and Penny generated 28 Million Views in 1 month.

Kalaavathi generated the necessary buzz for the film and struck well with the audiences. The second single, Penny too continued the momentum. All hoped the title song to bring more craze to the film but the song is not up to the mark. The lyrics of the song were too repetitive. The song’s duration is also short and the musical score of the song is also not great enough.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata, a mass action entertainer directed by P. Parasuram is made on a lavishing scale. The film is having great hype among the fans of Mahesh Babu. The film co-stars Keerthy Suresh, Samuthirakani and others has just completed its shoot. The same was announced officially through a poster which released yesterday. The film is tentatively fixed to release this May 12th.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata team completes the entire shooting part

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata shoot has come to an end. The major shoot portion of the film has been completed long back and only some patchwork and song shoot was in balance. Now Parasuram has completed all the balance work as well.

The Sarkaru Vaari Paata unit will now jump on to promotions and the fans are eagerly waiting for the next update from the makers. The first single ‘Kalaavathi’ turned out to be a massive hit and is now inching close to 150 million views on YouTube. The second single ‘Penny’ was a peppy number and was well-received as well.

Now all eyes are set on the third single that will release tomorrow. In addition to this, there are a couple of mass songs and Thaman is confident that fans will love them. The makers are planning to release the title song just before the movie’s release to create euphoria.

This Mahesh Babu starrer is all set to release on May 12th. Keerthy Suresh will be seen opposite Mahesh Babu. Parasuram is directing this action entertainer while Mythri Movie Makers are bankrolling this much-awaited project.

KGF2 Hindi run is not even closer to Baahubali 2, Baahubali 2 legendary record is intact

KGF2 Hindi has opened to packed houses and made record collections on its opening week. The film broke several records and ended up as one of the biggest openers on a pan-India level. The 1st-week collections were also extraordinary and everyone expected this Yash starrer to break the Baahubali 2 record.

However, the film is now comparatively struggling in the Hindi circuits and is seeing drops during the mid-week. The collections are dropping day by day. It so appears that Baahubali 2 record will remain unbroken and KGF2 Hindi will be not even close to that.

Now the battle is on between KGF2 and Dangal at the Hindi box office. It needs to be seen if this action entertainer can take 2nd place or not.

Prashant Neel has shot the film on a much bigger scale than the first installment. This sequel film featured terrific high-octane action sequences and Yash and Sanjay Dutt’s scenes along with other action blocks were a feast for movie lovers. Koratala Siva is one of the finest directors in Tollywood and has a great success rate and commercial sensibilities. In fact, the director has had no flops in his career and all his 4 movies have given career best numbers for the lead hero.

A film from Koratala Siva always releases huge positive buzz and the inside reports are always good. Surya signs a pan india biggie with KGF producers

The makers of KGF, Hombale films today announced a new project. This time too they are coming up with a pan India project. They are joining hands with one of the exciting directors of Kollywood. Sudha Kongara who came to limelight with Irrudi suttru (original version of Venkatesh’s Guru) signed her first pan India film. Now she is coming with a story based on true events under Hombale films production.

The director’s last feature film is Soorarai potru (Aakasam nee Haddhura) with Suriya which got critical acclaim. Guru and Aakasam Nee Haddhura made Sudha Kongara a star director.

It is heard that Suriya will be the hero in the film that Sudha is making under Homabale films. Sudha kongara and Suriya’s combination is created a mark with Aakasam nee Haddhura in which both excelled. So it will be interesting to watch out for their combo.

Let’s wait for the official announcement about the hero before any assumptions are made. As of now, Hombale films announced only the director’s name. Hombale films production is having an exciting line up ahead. They have a kannada film with Rakshith Shetty and pan India film Salaar with Prabhas.

AP High Court judgment on movie ticket rates issue

Andhra Pradesh High Court has given a shock to the AP Government through its judgment earlier today. The court ruled that the government does not have any powers to decide the ticket rates of movies.

Further, the court has stated that the government only has the right to convey an opinion and not enforce it. The court in its decision sided with the multiplexes and said that only the licensing authorities (theatres) can decide the ticket prices instead.

The court was responding to a petition filed by The Multiplex Association of India against the AP Government’s latest GO with regards to ticket prices.

Early in March, the minimum price for a ticket was increased to Rs 20 from Rs 5 and the maximum price remained capped at Rs 250. The government has been instructed that any future committees being set on the matter must include representatives from multiplexes.

AP government has been directed to apply counter-arguments to this interim judgment. The next hearing on this matter has been scheduled for June 15th.

Baahubali 2 is a bigger hit than RRR says Rajamouli

After almost 5 years, SS Rajamouli has got some breathing space. The ace director was in continuous work mode for the last many years and as the movie neared its release, he got busy with back-to-back promotional events and interviews. His last three films Baahubali, Baahubali 2 and RRR have taken quite a toll on him.

Now, he has got a bit of a breather before he moves on to his next project with Mahesh Babu. Rajamouli now is having brief media interactions whenever possible. During one such interaction, the director claimed that Baahubali 2 was a bigger hit than RRR.

The director immediately followed up with the fact that while Baahubali 2 was a bigger hit as compared to RRR, the number of foreigners who watched and spoke about it was far lesser than RRR.

The Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer has been getting massive foreign media coverage, as well as love from general audience overseas.

Coming to opening collections, RRR beat Rajamouli’s previous record-breaking Bahubali 2’s opening day collections by amassing a whopping 223 crores.

However, Prabhas’ Baahubali 2 stands on top when it comes to gross collections. Baahubali 2 collected 510 crores on the opening weekend whereas RRR falls short at 495 crores. It now needs to be seen how much does RRR make towards the end of its theatrical run.
