Rocking star Yash clarifies about KGF3

KGF: Chapter 2 is setting the box office on fire. The movie is in its second week’s run and has achieved multiple milestones so far across territories. The film is a humungous success in Hindi and has joined the exclusive Rs 300 crore club up north.

All versions of Theatrical rights are valued at 350Crs and the film has managed to cross the Breakeven in just 7 Days. Meanwhile, post the success of KGF2, rumours of a possible sequel have also cropped up. Both Prashanth Neel and Yash have responded positively to the next edition and have not ruled out the possibility of KGF 3.

Speaking about the third film, Yash sounded quite optimistic and said that he along with Prashanth have already envisioned a few scenes.

“Already we have thought of a lot of scenes – me and Prashanth. There are a lot of things that we couldn’t do in KGF2 . So we know there are a lot of possibilities, a lot of kickass scenes are there. But it’s just an idea. And we’ve just left it there right now,” said the Rocking Star.

This has brought great excitement to KGF fans who are eager to know more about the project. KGF 3 will take some more time as Prashanth Neel will be busy with Salaar and NTR project for the next year or so.

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya is going to release this Friday. Koratala Siva joining hands with megastar for the first time for a commercial entertainer. Koratala Siva is known for movies with subtle mass. He proved himself with Mirchi, Srimanthudu, BAN, Janatha Garage.

The writer-director movies will have a social element discussed in the backdrop. So Koratala Siva and Megastar combo excites everyone as both can deliver with such type of movies. Ram Charan added extra grace to the film and the project got hyped up. For a movie with this stature, bookings are expected to open a week before.

But with just 2 days left for the release Acharya bookings are not opened in many locations in overseas. The bookings are not opened in countries like USA , Australia. USA has been a hub to generate revenue for Telugu movies. The distributors have to plan well in advance to have a huge release. But this time the fans and audience are not happy with the release. In USA, Acharya has crossed 300K mark with pre sales. So let’s see if they can make it up in these two days.

Prashanth Neel, gave a resounding hit all over India with his Kannada film KGF. Prashant’s KGF 2 is bigger than KGF and it reached every corner of India now. So what if these two Stars come up with a film. It will definitely be the bigger than the biggest. So Salaar is the craziest project now in India.

With the humongous success of KGF2, the expectations on Salaar reached the top of the universe. Prabhas fans who are waiting to watch their hero in an action movie are going crazy now. The action sequences in KGF2 are mind blowing. With already released posters and known information Salaar will have a similar setup as KGF.

Disastrous result for Tollywood big producers in Bollywood

Last week’s Bollywood release Jersey has failed to captivate the audience and repeat its Tollywood success in Hindi. The film is running to empty houses and the collections are dipping with each day bringing gloom to the producers and exhibitors.

Jersey Bollywood remake had the involvement of Tollywood big producers Allu Aravind, Dil Raju, and Naga Vamsi in its making. The film was jointly produced by Geetha Arts, Dil Raju Productions and Sithara Entertainments. Despite such big names behind it and a solid story to back it up, the film didn’t give the desired results.

The unit expected Jersey to replicate the success of Kabir Singh which was a remake of Arjun Reddy. However, it ended up being a disaster and was rejected by the audience.

Jersey saw Shahid Kapoor reprising the role of Nani while Mrinal Thakur played Shaddha Srinath’s role. Pankaj Kapoor and Shishir Sharma played key roles in this film. Gautam Tinnanuri, who directed the original movie also handled the direction of this project.

Koratala Siva is the director who gave super hit films for the younger generation superstars. Mirchi for Prabhas, Srimanthudu and BAN for Mahesh, Janatha Garage for NTR are the blockbuster from Koratala Siva. He is now coming with Megastar Chiranjeevi and Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s Acharya. 

Koratala  Siva is very busy in promoting Acharya. In the promotional interviews, the director is giving reason for other heroes fans to celebrate. NTR fans are on cloud nine as Koratala has mentioned that NTR30 will be a high dose of mass elements. He also told that the film is completely different from his recent films. The mass elements will be more than mirchi . The movie is very big project and it will commence the shooting in June . This news makes NTR fans so happy.

Koratala Siva and NTR did Janatha Garage before and it is a big hit. Janatha Garage is in Koratala Siva’s style of subtle mass. So the director is now making plans to do a movie in NTR’s style with high voltage mass elements. NTR fans are waiting for a long time for NTR’s out and out commercial film. So let’s see if Koratala Siva can deliver.

Anchor Suma is getting ready for Jayamma Panchayati’s release. Vijay Kumar kalivarapu is directing the social drama with Suma Kanakala. M.M. kiravani composes the music. The songs and trailer received well by the audience. Jayamma Panchayati is slated for release on 6th May.

Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu changing the release plans

Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu is the most ambitious project of his career. The Power Star along with Krish is taking extra care to ensure the best possible output comes out. The recently released making video from the movie is proof of how hard the unit is working and Pawan in particular is putting in the extra effort for sword fighting and training.

Coming to the release plans, it looks like the unit might defer from their original schedule for the film. The film was initially planned for Dasara release but now the team is aiming at a Sankranthi release.

There are a lot of expectations on this project and Pawan and Krish are focussed on the best output. Krish feels they should not rush and give an unfinished product just for the same of sticking to deadlines.

A lot of shoot part is pending and more time is needed for post-production so the team wants to take another 3 months time to get everything perfect.

Bollywood’s star action director Shyam Kaushal has been brought to compose grand-scale action scenes. He has earlier composed action sequences for Bollywood biggies like Padmaavat, Dangal and Dhoom 3.

The music will be composed by MM Keeravani under Mega Surya Productions. Hari Hara Veera Mallu is a pan-India project and apart from Telugu will also release in Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi. Nidhi Agerwal will be seen alongside Pawan Kalyan in this prestigious project.

Jersey Hindi version is a big disaster at Box-office

Jersey starring Shahid Kapoor has become a big disaster at the box-office. Jersey is an official remake of Telugu film, Jersey starring Nani which released in 2019. The film received good reviews but became a disappointment film for Nani. Shahid Kapoor who achieved success with Kabir Singh, remake of Arjun Reddy chose to remake Jersey again. But eventually this film has failed at the box-office.

Shahid Kapoor tasted great success with Kabir Singh. This was a remake of Telugu Blockbuster, Arjun Reddy. Arjun Reddy with its immense popularity achieved a cult status even in Hindi. This made the job easy for the makers of Kabir Singh and the film went on to become a biggest blockbuster by collecting more than 300 crores. But that is not the case with Jersey. The film, has collected only 15 crore Nett in 4 days. This is a disastrous performance.

As said, Jersey initially carried no hype just like how Kabir Singh. Teaser, Trailer and songs of Kabir Singh added lots of hype and expectations. Makers even postponed the release of Jersey for a week to avoid competition with KGF Chapter 2 which is ruling the box-office. But the film ended up as a disaster.
