Superstar Rajinikanth turns writer for his next movie

Superstar Rajinikanth is turning writer for his upcoming project with Nelson Dileepkumar. The film will star Aishwarya Rai opposite the Superstar while Priyanka Arul Mohan will be playing his daughter’s role. It was earlier rumoured that Ramya Krishna will also feature in this film but now as per reports, Nadhiya will be playing that role.

Coming to the film’s crew, KS Ravikumar will handle the screenplay while Nelson Dileepkumar will only handle the direction. Anirudh will compose tunes for this film and Sun Pictures are bankrolling this project.

Nelson desperately needs a solid hit to his credit after his much-awaited film Beast with Vijay flopped. Even Superstar Rajinikanth is in search of a blockbuster in order to re-establish his supremacy at the Tamil box office.

His last two movies, Darbar and Annaathe have also been disasters at the box office. Annaathe failed to get a decent number overseas as well as in the Telugu states. Rajinikanth 169 will go on floors in July and will star Kannada star, Shiva Rajkumar, in a vital role.

He had earlier gifted a Lexus car to director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Kamal Haasan followed it up by gifting 10 bikes to the entire direction department. And now, he has continued this gifting spree by gifting Suriya with a Rolex watch. Suriya had played a cameo as Rolex- a drug cartel boss in the film.

His role was well appreciated by many and it became instantly popular. Vikram created waves at the box office by grossing more than Rs 100 crores worldwide in just 2 days.

Vikram has now set a new all-time record for the first 3-days total TN gross & total TN footfalls as well. The number of all-time records set by this action thriller have been astounding and have truly showcased Kamal Haasan’s box-office stamina.

It is Mahesh who pulled off the movie on his shoulders alone. Mahesh conveyed his thanks to his fans in success meet. Interestingly he danced on the stage showing his happiness.

When Mahesh movies are good, the theatrical run will be very good. Even if the movie opened with mixed talk, it will have a good run at the box office. With mixed reviews, Sarkaru Vaari Paata holds very well after the 1st weekend. And there are a lot of Centers even after 3rd week without a weekly deficit. This shows the stardom of superstar Mahesh Babu.

All is well till then and Superstar fans are very happy about the success of the film. Later the movie was released so soon on OTT for rental which disappointed the fans. Now the other disappointment for Superstar fans is that the movie is being removed from theatres. This is because of the release of Nani’s Ante Sundaraniki by Mythri Movie Makers.

The problem is that SVP is being removed from 15 – 20 main centres in which the movie is posting very decent numbers. The main reason for fans disappointment is that SVP will be the least run for Mahesh hit films. The fans are definitely not happy with this. Fans are unhappy with Mahesh babu as he is one of the producers for SVP and not taking care of these things. Hence the fans are very angry with the team as they are not interested to deal with this.

Don is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language comedy film written and directed by Cibi Chakaravarthi in his directorial debut, and produced by Allirajah Subaskaran of Lyca Productions. Sivakarthikeyan starred in the lead role and co-produced the film under his Sivakarthikeyan Production Company. Thus the Don is more interesting and people are more eager to know the Release Date of the Don. The Don was scheduled to be released on June 10, 2022.

Fans and the followers are more excited to watch the Don Online. After its successful theatrical run, Siva Karthikeyan’s Don is going to be streamed on OTT giant Netflix. The movie, a youthful action entertainer will stream from June 10, 2022 from 12:30 PM IST in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The movie collected Rs 66Cr gross on the 1st weekend in TN which is an all-time record. It is also the 1st film to collect 20Cr gross in consecutive three days. Vikram is looking super strong on weekdays as well and after a super successful Monday, trends are indicating a terrific few weekdays as well.  The film needs to collect 270 Cr+ gross in Tamil to become an industry hit and there are very good chances of it doing so.
