After the film’s success, Lokesh sat down with ace critic and film analyst Baradwaj Rangan to discuss and dissect the movie.

In the interview with Baradwaj Rangan, Lokesh revealed many interesting things about his Lokesh Cinematic Universe. One among those was Karthi’s role in Kaithi 2.

This was what Lokesh had to say about Dilli’s role in Kaithi 2, “Dilli is a Kabbadi player”. “In jail, he won many cups by playing Kabaddi. In Kaithi, there is a bag with Dilli that contains a lot of cups he won from playing Kabaddi. I didn’t explore this in the 1st part but in Kaithi 2 I will explore this background story”.

Naga Chaitanya, Raashi Khanna’s Thank You directed by Vikram K Kumar is attracting the attention of all. The film is racing for a grand release on July 8,2022. The makers are promoting the film.
The makers already released the teaser couple of weeks ago. And created decent record in the name if the actor. The actor impresses with his new avatar and shows the journey of Naga Chaitanya as Abhi from a fun-loving man to a cold-hearted person. The teaser also gives a glimpse of the love tales between Naga Chaitanya, Avika Gor, Malavika Nair, and Raashi Khanna.
And yesterday the makers released the full song of Maro Maro. The song is tuned by Thaman. Lyrics are penned by Viswa, Kittu Visapragada. The lyrics highlighted the bigger battle unfolding between Naga Chaitanya and opposition hockey players. Deepu, Prudhvi Chandra sang the song with full energy and expressions emoting perfectly highlighting the intense feelings. The song is well shot and increased expectations among movie lovers. Meeting the expectations the song was trippy and vibrant. SS Thaman as usual gave a chartbuster tune and Kittu Vissapragada catchy lyrics will resonate through everyone.

The Rap portion by MaHa is addictive. Going by the song, it is an energetic rap song that signifies the rivalry between two groups which are headed by Naga Chaitanya and ‘Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi’ fame Sai Sushanth Reddy. As we know, Chaitanya will be seen as a hockey player for a certain part of the movie and ‘Maaro Maaro’ song is used to project the battle between the two groups. The film stars Rashi Khanna, Malavika Nair and Avika Gor as the female leads. Sushanth is playing the powerful role of the antagonist. PC.Sreeram cranked the cinematography. The film’s story is penned by BVS.Ravi and is bankrolled in a prestigious manner by Dil Raju on Sri Venkateswara Creations.

As per the Tollywood film circle reports and the chatters between Mahesh and Vijay fans, Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu will do a cameo in Tamil superstar Vijay’s untitled film ‘Thalapathy66’.
And now a Malayalam news paper confirms that they both joining hands for Vamshi Paidipally directorial film.
Mahesh Babu is known to be good friends with director Vamshi Paidipally who have delivered a superhit like ‘Maharshi’ which also fetched them the National Film Award for providing wholesome entertainment. The same director is directing vijay’s film now. Now as per the crazy rumour making rounds on social media and film circles, Mahesh was reportedly approached by Vamshi to do a guest role in Vijay’s film, to which Mahesh couldn’t decline his friend’s offer and has reportedly accepted the role. Superstar Mahesh Babu’s and Thalapathy Vijay’s fans have always been at odds. They had a heated verbal dispute on social media that was horrible in nature. Mahesh and Vijay, on the other hand, hold each other in high regard for the job they have done in their respective fields. However, so far neither the ‘Thalapathy66’ makers nor the actors have officially announced it yet. Newly married couple Nayana Thara and Vignesh Sivan are struggling with a new controversy. Kollywood’s much-loved couple, Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara tied the knot at a private resort on ECR, near Mahabalipuram, on June 9 and officially became man and wife. While the two have always been visiting a lot of temples together over the last few years, they visited Tirupati earlier today, for the first time after their marriage as a married couple, to seek the lord’s blessings.
It is known that the couple initally planned to have their wedding in Tirupati, but changed the plan due to logistical issues. Pictures and videos of Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara walking down the hill after seeking blessings from Lord Venkateshwara is going viral on social media platforms.
Everything is going fine until the wedding photo shoot was held. While doing the photoshoot the Lady super star is wearing the chappals at the temple compund. As we all know that wearing the chappals or any other footwears were banned at Thirumal Thirupati temple surroundings. The devotees from Andhra, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and even the North Indian devotees knows that. Even the Nayana Thara knows that, as this is not the first time she visits Thirumala. The devotees were angry that even she knows everything, grooming around the Maada Veedhi by wearing the footwear means she intentionally abasement the feeling of devotees. Power star Pawan Kalyan attended the pre-release event of Nani’s film Ante Sundaraniki. He wishes the entire cast and crew all the best. He said that he’s immensely proud and will always be indebted to the Telugu film industry, and the people, who have owned him.
Pawan also spoke about his film Bhavadeeyudu Bhagath Singh, to be directed by Harish Shankar, which is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, who produced Ante Sundaraniki. He said that he instructed the producers and Harish to not talk about it during their speeches, and to not play any of his AVs, but that they did, at which he got angry. He did say that he understood why they did so because his fans wouldn’t have been quite otherwise.he got scared watching him on the screen during those AVs and that he got especially scared when watching himself dance, because it’s not something he’s fond of doing, and because it’s something he does only for his fans.

He also said that he’s doing films now for his fans, but that his real interest lies in politics. Pawan ended the speech by asking his fans to kindly excuse him from here on if they don’t see him dancing, as it makes him extremely uncomfortable.
He also praised every actors in this film Nazriya, Naresh, Nadiya his co-star in Attarintiki Daredi. Especially he praised that Hero Nani Nani is a versatile actor. He is a great human being. I respect his personality as well. He stands strongly for what he believes. There are fans for him even in my house, about a year ago his sister and family members were about to going somewhere, when he asked they answered that they were going to Nani’s movie. And he appreciated the director,the music director and producers for making this film and he promised that he will watch it anyway. He concluded that Telugu film industry is everybody’s. Everyone is equal here. Industry gave me the courage to stand despite many problems. So, I respect the industry and fans a lot. Every film should become hit. Politics and films are different,” Pawan Kalyan said.

Thaman should learn “Actions speak louder than words”

SS Thaman is one of the leading composers in the south Indian film industry. Over a career spanning more than a decade, he has given many chartbuster albums and has created a special name for himself when it comes to BGMs.

However, of late he has not been up to his best when it comes to compositions. Especially in Sarkaru Vaari Paata and NBK 107 teaser, his BGM has left fans severely disappointed. Thaman is very active on Twitter and is continuously promoting his films and creating hype on social media. But in recent times this is misfiring as the music is nowhere matches his words and the hype he creates.

While his work for Akhanda was well appreciated, he really needs to spring back to form and showcase his real skills as a composer. Thaman has to learn actions speak louder than words. With massive projects like RC 15, NBK107, Godfather, and Thalapathy 66 lined up next, fans are hoping the ace composer springs back to form.

After giving average fares like Tuck Jagadish and Shyam Singha Roy, Nani has placed extremely high expectations on romantic-comedy Ante Sundaraniki. This Vivek Athreya film has promised to give Nani fans what they have been eagerly awaiting for. With the presence of Nazariya, the film carries a fresh look and the trailers and other promotional content also showed great promise. Let’s find out if the movie delivers on the great potential it showcased.

Story: Nani ( Sundar) and Nazariya (Leela) are poles apart when it comes to their personalities, religions, and upbringing. While Sundar is a timid and simple guy belonging to the Brahmin community, Leela is a practical and ambitious woman from an orthodox Christian family. As fate would have it, the duo fall in love but their religious differences are a major obstacle. How the couple schemes, plots and comes up with some outrageous plans to unite and what happens when their families find out about this inter-religious relationship is what the story is about.

Performances: Vivek Athreya has showcased Nani in his strongest zone- as a boy next door. Nani’s comic timing is impeccable and so is his character development throughout the movie. He breezes through his role with an ease that was missing in his earlier movies. Nani brings out the simplicity of Sundar to life on screen and is the biggest asset of the film. Nazariya is a perfect addition to this plot and holds quite strong in a movie that has got some pretty strong characters. She gives a pretty convincing performance as Leela and doesn’t fade away even for a moment. Naresh as Sundar’s father is terrific with his comic timing as well as emotions. His scenes with Nani are truly worth your movie ticket.

Analysis: The story of lovers coming from polar opposite backgrounds is not something new to Tollywood. But, credits must go to Vivek Athreya for building this quirky and thoroughly entertaining world that gives us a fresh perspective on this age-old plot. Those who have seen the young directors’ other works like Mental Madhilo and Brochevarevarura would definitely know that fun-filled yet sensible portrayal that Vivek is known for. Certain glitches in first half aside, Ante Sundaraniki is a fun ride that packs emotions and entertainment quite well and is definitely going to appeal to the family audience. The writing is breezy and just takes the plot ahead naturally and the second half takes the movie to its peak.
