Waltair Veerayya, the upcoming film of Megastar Chiranjeevi has fixed its release date. Production house Mythri movie makers announced the release date on their Twitter account. Waltair Veerayya is releasing on 13th January 2023.
There were several reports and discussions happened about the release date of the film. Mega fans wanted Waltair Veerayya to release on 11th January as it will give the advantage of first release and also theaters availability will be more.
However, it is reported that Megastar Chiranjeevi himself was not in favor of the Earlier release, and he insisted that the film should release on the festival day only.
The Title teaser of Waltair Veerayya raised the expectations that it will be a pure mass action entertainer. The first single song Boss Party too became a good success. Waltair Veerayya team is planning for more promotional activities in the coming days.
As we know, Megastar Chiranjeevi plays the titular role in Waltair Veerayya. The film further features Ravi Teja, Shruti Haasan, Catherine Tresa and Bobby Simha in important roles. The film has music composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
Waltair Veerayya will face heavy competition with Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy, Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu/Varasudu. Latest news is that another Tamil Superstar Ajith Kumar’s Thunivu, and a small budget movie from UV creations titled “Kalyanam Kamaneeyam” will also release for Sankranti-2023.
