Vamsi Paidipally and Vijay’s Varisu is currently in its filming stage and will be ready for release early next year. will be a bilingual that will be simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu. This will be a pan- India project and the first time Vijay will be filming in Telugu.

Interestingly, Rashmika Mandanna has been signed as the female lead for the project. SS Thaman will compose the music for this project bankrolled by Dil Raju. This bilingual has created quite a buzz right from the moment it was announced and is receiving great offers.

The Satellite rights have been picked up by Sun TV while Amazon Prime Video has bagged the Digital rights. T-Series has acquired audio rights for Varisu. These deals have fetched Varisu markers a whopping Rs 115 crores. The theatricals for the film are expected to be in the zone of Rs 150 crores.

After the massive failure of Beast, Vijay is hungry to bounce back in style and Varisu appears to be just the project to mark a strong comeback. Dil Raju in his recent interviews showered terrific praise on Vamsi Paidipally and his script. The ace producer added that even Vijay loved the script and okayed it immediately.

Before the blockbuster success of Pushpa: The Rise, Allu Arjun had already signed a film with Venu Sriram called ICON. The film was accepted by Allu Arjun and Dil Raju was supposed to be the producer of the ICON movie.

But after Pushpa’s success and due to his commitment to Part 2, Allu Arjun backed out of ICON and has now rejected the script and canceled the project. Allu Arjun only wants to work with directors who have a strong market and a specific brand value.

After this, Venu Sriram and Dil Raju are in plan to narrate the script of ICON to Ram Charan. Ram Charan had also signed a project before RRR that he canceled due to the same above-mentioned reasons. Ram Charan is currently looking to hear scripts from directors and this is the perfect opportunity for Venu and Dil Raju to pitch the script to him.

The real question is whether Ram Charan will accept a script that Allu Arjun has rejected. The two brothers share a close bond but there is some level of healthy competition for sure. There will be an official announcement regarding Ram Charan’s next project in the coming days.

రణబీర్ కపూర్ నటించిన బ్రహ్మాస్త్ర సినిమా బాక్సాఫీస్‌ వద్ద కలెక్షన్ల విధ్వంసం సృష్టించింది. మరియు ప్రేక్షకులను విశేష స్థాయిలో ఆకట్టుకుని థియేటర్లకు రప్పిస్తోంది. ఈ చిత్రం మొదటి రోజు విమర్శకుల నుంచి నెగటివ్ రివ్యూలను తెచ్చుకున్నా.. ధియేటర్ల వద్ద మాత్రం భారీ స్థాయిలో ఆక్యుపెన్సీని పొందింది. అలాగే రెండవ రోజు కూడా నిలకడగా రాణిస్తూ మంచి నంబర్లను నమోదు చేసింది.

కాగా రెండవ రోజు బ్రహ్మాస్త్ర (అన్ని వెర్షన్లు కలిపి) 40 కోట్ల రూపాయల నెట్ ను వసూలు చేసింది. ఇక రెండు రోజుల వరకూ అన్ని వెర్షన్ల నెట్ ను పరిశీలిస్తే 75 కోట్లకు భారీ నంబర్ వచ్చింది. ఓవరాల్ గా కేవలం హిందీ వెర్షన్ నుంచి 67 కోట్ల నెట్ రాబట్టగా, ఇతర భాషల్లో 8 కోట్ల రూపాయల నెట్ వసూలు చేసింది. మొత్తంగా రణబీర్ కపూర్ బ్రహ్మాస్త్ర మూడవ రోజు కూడా ఘనంగా ఉండేలా కనిపిస్తోంది. ఈ చిత్రానికి అడ్వాన్స్‌ బుకింగ్ల ట్రెండ్ చూస్తుంటే 25 కోట్లకు పైగానే రాబడుతుందని ట్రేడ్ వర్గాలు అంటున్నాయి. ఇది చిత్ర నిర్మాతలతో పాటు బాలీవుడ్ ట్రేడ్ వర్గాలు కూడా ఆనందించే విషయం అనడంలో ఎలాంటి సందేహం లేదు.

సినిమా విడుదలకు ముందు హీరో హీరోయిన్లు ర‌ణ్‌బీర్‌ కపూర్, ఆలియా భట్ దేశంలో వివిధ నగరాలు తిరిగి చేసిన ప్రచారం.. అలాగే నిర్మాత కరణ్ జోహార్, తెలుగు సినీ దర్శకధీరుడు ఎస్.ఎస్. రాజమౌళి ఈ సినిమాకి వెన్నుదన్నుగా నిలబడటంతో ఓపెనింగ్స్ ఇంత బాగా వచ్చాయి. మరో ఆసక్తికరమైన విషయం ఏమిటంటే కేవలం అడ్వాన్స్ బుకింగ్ల ద్వారానే వీకెండ్ వరకూ కొన్ని స్క్రీన్లు హౌస్ ఫుల్స్ అయిపోయాయి. ఈ రోజు ఆదివారం కాబట్టి తొలి వీకెండ్ అడ్వాంటేజ్ తో ఖచ్చితంగా కలెక్షన్లు బాగుంటాయి. మరి రేపు సోమవారం నుంచి బాక్స్ ఆఫీస్ వద్ద ఈ సినిమా ప్రదర్శన ఎలా ఉంటుందనేది చూడాలి.

ఇక తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలైన ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్, తెలంగాణలో తొలి రోజు ‘బ్రహ్మాస్త్ర’కు రికార్డు స్థాయిలో వసూళ్లు వచ్చాయి. హిందీ డబ్బింగ్ చిత్రాల వరకూ బిగ్గెస్ట్ ఓపెనింగ్ ను సాధించి అందరినీ ఆశ్చర్యపరిచింది. ఇంతకు ముందు ఈ రికార్డు ధూమ్ 3 పేరిట ఉండేది. ఈ సినిమాకి గతంలో ఏ హిందీ సినిమాకూ జరగని స్థాయిలో ప్రచారం జరిగింది. ఈ సినిమా ప్రీ రిలీజ్ ప్రెస్‌మీట్‌కు యంగ్ టైగర్ ఎన్టీఆర్ ముఖ్య అతిథిగా విచ్చేశారు. దానితో పాటు టాలీవుడ్ కింగ్ అక్కినేని నాగార్జున సినిమాలో ముఖ్య అతిథి పాత్ర చేయడం, అలాగే ‘ఆర్ఆర్ఆర్’లో హీరోయిన్ గా నటించిన ఆలియా భట్ ఇందులో నటించడం ఇన్ని ఆసక్తి గొలిపే అంశాలు ఉండటంతో తెలుగు ప్రేక్షకులు కూడా ఈ సినిమా పై ఆసక్తి కనబరిచారు.

Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra is setting the box office on fire and drawing the audience to the theatres quite impressively. The film opened to mixed reviews and great occupancy on Day 1 and managed to better the numbers on Day 2.

On Day 2, the film collected Rs 40 crores nett (all versions). The two-day all versions nett has now added up to Rs 75 crores. The overall nett collection from just the Hindi version has brought up Rs 67 crores while the other languages have brought Rs 8 crores. Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra is looking solid on Day 3 as well and the advances are Rs 25 crores as of now which is great news for the makers as well as trade circles.

Bollywood’s most ambitious project Brahmastra has been in the making for quite some time. The film also stars Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, and Nagarjuna in key roles. This fantasy adventure film is a pan-India release and the lead cast along with director Ayan Mukherjee and producer Karan Johar have been extremely busy promoting the film all over.

Ranbir Kapoor was in serious need of a massive hit after the disaster of his earlier project Shamshera and the good opening weekend collection to Brahmastra has come as a huge relief for him.

After the massive success of Maanadu last year, Kollywood star Simbu is coming up with his next film ‘Life of Muthu’. The film is a gangster drama directed by Gautham Menon and with music by AR Rahman. The film is slated to release on 15th September.

The teaser featured Simbu in a never-before look and portrays the start of Simbu’s journey into the world of crime. The most unique thing about the teaser is the picturization where music and visuals are beautifully blended to give a different output.
