Akhanda 2 Blasting Roar Glimpse: Balakrishna’s Mass Power Unleashed

The much-awaited sequel and action drama Akhanda 2: Thaandavam, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna and directed by Boyapati Sreenu, has produced a lot of hype among audiences, and the latest blasting roar from the film shows the Mass Power of Balakrishna. 

Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta produce the film on a huge scale under the 14 Reels Plus banner, with M. Tejaswini Nandamuri presenting it. After the massive success of the first glimpse, the makers have released a new glimpse titled Akhanda 2: Blasting Roar, which shows Balakrishna in a powerful mass avatar.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga surprised the fans of Prabhas by releasing an audio glimpse from Spirit, which received a positive response, and there is another surprise added to it, as it is powered by AI technology for the voice of Prabhas. 

No one expected that the Spirit team would release an audio glimpse, as the film has not gone to sets yet; everyone expected just an announcement poster and some details about the film.

But Sandeep Vanga comes up with an audio glimpse to reveal the characterization of the hero, which is now going viral on the internet.

The audio glimpse releases in all languages, and it is said that the makers used AI technology to replicate Prabhas’s voice. Recently, Telugu stars’ dubbing in other languages and voiceovers have been done with AI technology.

Even Prabhas’s voiceover in Mirai also happened in the same way. As the team decided to release an audio glimpse at the last minute, they had to go with AI, and the response to the audio is phenomenal.

Bhadrakaali OTT Release: Vijay Antony’s Political Film Available Now

Vijay Antony’s political action thriller Shakthi Thirumagan (titled Bhadrakaali in Telugu) was released in theaters last month and is now available for streaming on OTT, Jio Hotstar in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.

Directed by Arun Prabu, the film hit theaters on September 19, 2025. Shakthi Thirumagan – Bhadrakaali is a gripping political action drama expected to attract good response on the digital platform, Jio Hotstar.

Vijay Antony not only plays the lead role but also composed the music and produced the film under his Vijay Antony Film Corporation banner.

The supporting cast includes Sunil Kripalani, Trupthi Ravindra, Krish Hassan, Vagai Chandrasekhar, and Cell Murugan. The technical crew features Shelley R. Calist as the cinematographer, Raymond Derrick Crasta and Dinsa as editors, and Rajashekar as the action choreographer.

Idli Kadai OTT: Netflix Announces Streaming Date

Bison Kaalamaadan, directed by Mari Selvaraj and starring Dhruv Vikram as the lead, was released in theaters on the occasion of Diwali. This periodical sports action drama set in 1940s colonial India is already running well in theaters in the Tamil version, and it is now out in Telugu. Story:

Bison is inspired by the life of Manathi Ganesan, an Indian Kabaddi player and Arjuna Award winner. The film tells the story of Kittayya (Dhruv Vikram), a young man from a marginalized caste in the 1990s. It follows his struggles and determination to fulfill his dream of playing for the Indian Kabaddi team.

Performances:

Dhruv Vikram delivers a powerful performance as Kittayya, portraying every emotion with conviction. Pasupathy, who plays his father, gives a sincere and heartfelt performance.Rajisha Vijayan shines as the hero’s supportive sister. Aruvi Madhan, as the physical training master, along with Ameer and Lal, who play leaders from different castes, and Anupama Parameswaran as the hero’s love interest, all leave a strong impact with their performances

Analysis:

Like director Mari Selvaraj’s previous films, Bison carries a strong social message. It explores the journey of a Kabaddi player who faces challenges like caste discrimination and local politics while pursuing his goal.

Mari Selvaraj presents Kittayya’s journey in a powerful and emotional way. What begins as a small incident on a bus turns into a major conflict, and the execution of that sequence is particularly impressive. The first half of the film holds good emotional weight and ends with a hard-hitting moment.

The second half starts strongly with an intense Kabaddi match that changes the course of the hero’s life. However, though the film carries the mood, it becomes somewhat predictable and slows down in parts, with a few repetitive scenes.

Despite these issues, the climax brings the emotions back effectively.

Tamil Nadu Box Office Roars in October

October turns into a golden month for Tamil Nadu exhibitors as films perform well at the box office. On 1st October, Idli Kadai was released, and on October 2nd, Kantara Chapter 1 was released in theaters, and both produced favorable results.

Rishab Shetty’s Kantara Chapter 1 is still going strong, and it has collected more than 65 Cr gross till now and is expected to collect another 10 Cr in its full run. Dhanush’s Idli Kadai has performed superbly in Tamil Nadu and collected around 50 Cr gross.
