Bollywood King Khan Shah Rukh Khan will soon appear alongside his daughter Suhana Khan on the big screen. The reports suggest that he will play an extended cameo in a film next year, in which Suhana, his daughter, will make her debut in the cinema industry. However, She’ll be first seen in the Netflix film The Archies, which will be released later this year.

Shah Rukh Khan is already producing Stardom, the web series that will launch his son Aryan Khan as a director. While it’s not yet known whether he will be seen in a cameo in his son’s directorial debut, celebrities such as Karan Johar and Ranbir Kapoor will make cameos in the web series.

Now, as per the latest reports, Shah Rukh will also co-produce a film that will star his daughter Suhana in the lead role. This will be Suhana’s first film in the cinema industry since she’s already finished the shoot of her debut film, The Archies, which will premiere on Netflix India this November.

Shah Rukh Khan will not play the lead role in Suhana’s debut work. He is expected to play an important cameo role, similar to the role of Jehangir Khan in Gauri Shinde’s Dear Zindagi (2016). The film, co-produced by his banner Red Chillies Entertainment, starred Alia Bhatt in the lead role and Shah Rukh as her therapist.

Shaitan Season 2 Will Be Much Bigger And Bolder

After entertaining the audiences with his hit comedy series Save The Tigers, director Mahi V Raghav tried a bold attempt with his next series Shaitan, which was in complete contrast to Save The Tigers.

From the posters and the trailer, a lot was promised. And after the show was released, some felt that the promise was kept and others felt like it was all violence and no emotional connection. Also, check out our review of the show here.

That said, season 2 of Shaitan has now officially been announced. It is being referred to as the second season of “The Most Viewed Crime Thriller”. While the validity of this statement is unknown, we will have to see how season 2 holds up in comparison.

The director of the show Mahi V Raghav announced that season 2 of Shaitan is confirmed. He also added that this season will be much bolder and bigger. Keeping aside the reviews and public opinion about the show, Disney+Hotstar has clearly seen that enough people are interested in the show and therefore has decided to renew it for another season.

Let us hope that the second season is able to strike a balance between violence and emotions.

The film, Adipurush has collected around 350 Crores gross worldwide until now but the team has officially released 450 Crores box office poster for 10 days. From the opening day the makers are hyping the numbers now the difference between their numbers and actuals for 10 days is mounted at 100 Crores. Netizens are trolling Adipurush producers for faking the numbers.

Sudipto Sen’s The Kerala Story caused quite a stir when it was released in theaters, and the film was a resounding success at the box office. However, the film’s makers are now facing problems as this Controversial blockbuster is having no takers from the Major OTT platforms. It is very well known to everyone that the film, The Kerala Story, was surrounded by many issues but still emerged as a box office winner.

In an interaction with the media, The Kerala Story director Sudipto Sen thrashed the reports of the film being ready for the OTT streaming because they still have not got suitable offers from any OTT platforms. He also said that the film industry has been ganged up on them for such a big box office success of their film. Sudipto Sen told, “But so far, we have not got any offer worth considering. It seems the film industry has ganged up to punish us.”

On being asked the reason for getting punished, Sen replied, “Our box office success has irked many sections of the film industry. We have a feeling that a section of the entertainment industry has united to punish us for our success,”

The Kerala Story collected over 230 crore at the box office and was monitored by over 3.40 crore people. According to the Bollywood box office trade analysts, the Kerala Story is the second highest-grossing film at the box office in 2023, second only to the numbers of Shahrukh Khan’s Pathan.

Sudipto Sen recently mentioned that he had made the film, The Kerala Story, to wake up 100 Crore Indians. Speaking at a seminar on ‘Reality of Conversion and Uniform Civil Code’, Sen said, “Some people make films to earn ₹100 crore. We made this film to awaken 100 crore people.”

Sen also claimed that efforts to discredit the success of The Kerala Story had failed and because the public accepted the film truly. He said that people are now talking about issues of terrorism and conspiracy to turn women into Islam after watching his film.
