All Details About Ram – Puri Jagan’s Double Ismart

One of the most successful films in Ram Pothineni’s career has to be the Puri Jagan directorial Ismart Shankar. The film, which was marketed as a proper mass entertainer, delivered on that promise and managed to create a pretty strong dent at the box office.

Now, after a few years since the release of Ismart Shankar, this combo is returning once again with the sequel titled, Double Ismart. But this time around, the stakes are different and the equations have also changed.

The pooja ceremony for the film was done today and the film will release in all major Indian languages. That is, the film will release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam as well as Hindi.

The shooting is set to start next week and a major portion of the shooting will take place in Goa and Bangkok. The team has said that there will be a ‘Striking Update’ tomorrow at 11:11 AM. This will likely be about the cast and crew of the film.

As of now, we know that Puri Jagan and Charmee have collaborated once again to produce the film. After the not-so-fond memories of their last stint together, Liger, they will be joining forces once again for Double Ismart. Let us hope that the result is not the same as before.

Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited first single from his next film BRO : The Avatar was released yesterday evening, and to put it out clear, the song has received a disastrous response. The song which featured Power star Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej, with music by S Thaman will certainly have a set number of expectations.

However, from the start of the song itself, there was something wrong. Thaman’s vocals sounded a bit off and did not really gel in with the beats of the song. Moreover, the lyrical video cut is bad. The lyrical cut looked basic and was very unimpressive.

Because of such a disastrous response, the lyrical song just clocked 4.2M views in 24 hours. Normally, Pawan Kalyan songs create new benchmarks and records, Bheemla Nayak movie’s songs have created sensations and records. But this time the song disappointed even fans, as the song failed to cross the recently released Bhola mania song which clocked more than 6M+ views in 24 hours.

Another major reason for the audiences being disappointed by the song from Bro The Avatar was Sai Dharam Tej’s dance moves. They did not look particularly impressive. And the biggest disappointment of them all was that Pawan Kalyan is seen so little in the song. Fans expected to see the star actor throughout the song, but he appeared in just a few portions of it.

Akshay Kumar took to his social media accounts to announce the release date of his much-awaited satirical comedy OMG 2. The teaser will be released on Tuesday, July 11, a month before the film is slated to be released in theaters on August 11. OMG 2 is the sequel to Akshay’s 2012 hit OMG – Oh My God, that also starred Paresh Rawal in another lead role. Akshay Kumar plays the character of Lord Shiva in the film.

Sharing the new poster, Akshay wrote on Instagram, “Bas kuch dino mein (coming in a few days) OMG 2 in theatres on August 11. Teaser drops soon.” The poster shows Akshay wearing a wig and blue paint on his neck. He also has an ash smeared on his forehead and sports Kohler eyes.

OMG 2 has been written and directed by Amit Rai and also stars Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi. OMG 2 is a sequel to Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar-starrer of the same name. In the original film, Akshay had played the character of Lord Krishna.

OMG 2 will be clashing in theaters with Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s upcoming film Gadar 2. At first OMG 2 was also supposed to clash with Ranbir Kapoor and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday’s Dream Girl 2 and Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan as well but the release dates of all the films have been changed after a few days of rumored drama. Dream Girl will now be released on August 25, Jawan on September 7 and Animal on 1st December.

However, Rajinikanth’s upcoming Tamil action entertainer film Jailer will be releasing a day before OMG 2, on August 10. Also, Alia Bhatt’s Hollywood debut film Heart of Stone will also be released on Netflix on August 11.

To date, more than 2,000 beneficiaries from 24 different occupations within the industry have enrolled for cancer screening. On Chiranjeevi’s invitation, approximately 600 film journalists also registered for the free cancer screening camp.
