Nagarjuna finally announces a crazy film titled Naa Saami ranga

A big announcement on a very special day. King Nagarjuna Akkineni’s new film has been announced, much to the delight of his fans, on the occasion of his birthday. Popular choreographer Vijay Binni who worked on many noted movies is making his directorial debut with the movie billed to be a Mass Jatara. Passionate producer Srinivasa Chitturi of Tollywood’s leading production house Srinivasaa Silver Screen who lined up some high-budget entertainers with top stars of the industry will be making the movie on a massive scale. Pavan Kumar is presenting this project that is touted to be rich, in terms of production design and technical standards.

What’s more, the makers have also proclaimed the film’s title through a glimpse and also a first-look poster. A catchy title Naa Saami Ranga is locked for the movie. The first thing that comes to our minds after hearing the title is the iconic song- Naa Saami Ranga from ANR’s cult hit Sipayi Chinnayya.

Nagarjuna sports a one-of-its-kind mass avatar in the first-look poster with messy hair and beard. He is seen smoking a beedi. The title glimpse introduces us to the world of Naa Saami Ranga. When a batch of goons headed by Karuna Kumar of Palasa fame is waiting for the protagonist to kill him, he is symbolically introduced as King. Then the real Mass Jathara begins with the entry of Nagarjuna. He starts attacking them when the opponents are already in shivers after hearing his name. Nagarjuna simply killed it in the mass look and his exceptional screen presence brings strength to the sequence. While the visuals are top-notch, the background score gives perfect elevations. The expectations have already reached sky-high with the first look and title glimpse.

Legendary composer MM Keeravani who provided many chartbuster albums for Nagarjuna and won the Oscar Award and National Award for his work in RRR will be scoring the music for the movie. The blockbuster writer Prasanna Kumar Bezawada provided story and dialogues for the film that will have some well-known technicians to helm different crafts.

The makers have also come up with another surprising update. Naa Saami Ranga will have its theatrical release for Sankranti, 2024. Sankranti is the biggest season for the release of films and it is the most favorite season for Nagarjuna who scored several hits for the festival. So, it’s going to be a real festival for Akkineni fans. An entertaining film will always be a first priority for family audiences during the festival holidays.

Nowadays, the competition between Telugu movies is not only limited to the new releases. Even the old super hit movies which are getting re released are having the effect on new movies. Now the same has happened with Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Gudumba Shankar and Varun Tej’s Gandeevadhari Arjuna.

At first, the re-release of Gudumba Shankar was planned for 31st August but with Varun Tej’s new movie being released in last week, it got postponed to 2nd September. Now the film of Varun Tej, Gandeevadhari Arjuna already ended its run at the box office, so the re-release of Gudumba Shankar again preponed to two days before. Now the film is getting re released on 31st August.

Previously, Ghani was the biggest disaster in Varun Tej’s career before as the film opened with 2.5Cr range opening, and it was the poor opening for him and now shockingly Gandeevadhari Arjun opened with even disastrous numbers as the opening day share was less than 1Cr and the movie completely crashed today. The film’s full run has been closed below Ghani’s opening day, which tells what kind of disaster the film has become.

Now Pawan Kalyan’s fans can celebrate their favorite hero’s film for two more days. Directed by Veera Shankar and produced by Naga Babu under the banner of Anjana Productions, the film, Gudumba Shankar originally released the film in 2004. Pawan Kalyan also provided the screenplay for the film and choreographed action sequences for the film as well. Meera Jasmine and Ashish Vidyarthi played important roles. Mani Sharma composed the music for the film.

Jawan, the upcoming film of Shah Rukh Khan, will be released in worldwide theaters on September 7. After releasing the teaser of the film’s third song, SRK took to his social media handles and shared a photo of Burj Khalifa displaying a picture from Jawan. On August 31, Pathaan actor will be at Burj Khalifa to launch the trailer of Jawan. The trailer launch of Jawan has set new benchmark for the promotions in Indian Cinema.

Sharing the picture, SRK wrote in the caption, “Jawan ka jashn main aapke saath na manau yeh ho nahin sakta. Aa raha hoon main Burj Khalifa on 31st August at 9 PM and celebrate JAWAN with me. And since love is the most beautiful feeling in the world, toh pyaar ke rang mein rang jao and lets wear red…what say? READYYYY!”

The trailer of the much-awaited film was something fans are eagerly awaiting. However, Shah Rukh Khan surprised fans earlier today with the teaser of the third song titled “Not Ramaiya Vastavaiya”. The song is all set to be released on August 29. As said above, for a few days the team has pumped up the promotions and set a new benchmark in promotions.

It is still unclear as to what strategy Mythri Movie Makers have in mind regarding Kushi’s release. The movie team did not apply for any hikes or special shows marking the release of this romantic drama. On top of that, the advance bookings of Kushi have not opened yet much to the fan’s dismay.

The makers of the movie didn’t even do any aggressive promotions after the music concert. This is seriously a cause of concern since the movie’s theatrical rights have been sold at high prices. With so much pressure on Shiva Nirvana, Vijay Deverakonda, and Samantha– who all are desperate for a hit, the bookings still not opening is a major concern. As per reports, the bookings will open from 30th August which is just 2 days before the release.

Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner, the film also stars Murali Sharma, Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Saranya Pradeep, and Vennela Kishore in crucial roles. Hesham Abdul Wahab, who has scored the music for the Malayalam film Hrudayam is composing the tunes for the film.

Kushi is scheduled to be released in theaters on September 1 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.

Finally, Mahesh Babu and Trivikram’s Guntur Kaaram team is making their plans work with continuous shoot. Recently, it was reported that the unit has locked two songs of the film and now another exciting update about the film has emerged that the hero of the film, Mahesh Babu is getting prepared to take part in an intense action scene shoot.

After continuous delays in the past, the Guntur Kaaram team is participating in a continuous shoot with small breaks. The new schedule will be beginning tomorrow on the other cast and the team is in plans to shoot a heavy action episode on this schedule. Superstar Mahesh Babu will join the sets from 1st September.
