Jailer producer gifts a BMW car to Super Star Rajinikanth

Superstar Rajinikanth and all the actors and team of ‘Jailer’ are celebrating the success of the movie. The film, which was directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, is in the process of reaching the Rs 600-crore mark. Sun Pictures posted on September 1 that the head, the producer Kalanithi Maran, gave Rajinikanth a gift of brand-new BMW X7.

In the video, Rajinikanth is pleasantly surprised by Maran’s gesture. The BMW X7 series has an on-road price of over Rs 1.25 crore. Rajinikanth received the car, along with a massive remuneration of around 200 CR for Jailer.

Jailer has recently crossed Kamal Haasan’s Vikram’s (Rs 184Cr gross) collections in Tamil Nadu, and it gathered around 80Cr in Telugu states. 62Cr+ gross in Karnataka, 52Cr gross in Kerala. Overall, for 18 days, Jailer had collected around 390Cr gross in India and in Overseas around 187 Cr, which makes the total gross up to 577Cr gross worldwide, and it has every chance to collect 600Cr in its full run.

Jailer, the film tells us the story of a retired Jailer who hunts down on a big criminal gang who kidnapped and supposedly killed his son, who is a police officer. He takes the help of his old friends and contacts in this process.

Kushi Overseas and Telugu states early openings report

Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha starrer Kushi released today and the early reports and reviews are quite in favour of the film. Both the lead stars and director Shiva Nirvana are banking on this romantic drama to pull them out of their slump.

Kushi got off to a great start overseas but in India, the story is slightly different as the benefit shows numbers were very ordinary. This is mainly due to the genre as romantic movies usually don’t create a massive impact on benefit shows. However, since the film is giving positive vibes with the weekend approaching as well, the domestic collections are expected to be quite strong as the shows progress.

Story: The plot follows Viplav (Vijay), who encounters Aaradhya (Samantha) disguised as a Muslim in the enchanting landscapes of Kashmir. Laden with captivating songs, picturesque locations, and a touch of humor, this phase sets the foundation for their relationship. But, what happens when the families enter the story? Performances: Vijay brings the boy next door image out and adapts very well to the character of Viplav. Samantha as usual delivers her best with Chinmayi’s dubbing elevating her performance even more. The pairing of Vijay and Samantha is fresh and quite soothing to watch. The scenes involving them, especially in Kashmir are major assets to the movie. The rest of the cast which includes seasoned performers like Rohini, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, and Saranya are well cast and have good roles and support the movie pretty well

The chemistry between Vijay and Samantha, songs, acting, BGM, and locations work in favor of the movie. Shiva Nirvana skillfully navigates sensitive subjects, fostering meaningful discussions.
