The Pan India film Tiger Nageswara Rao is not just about the infamous acts of India’s biggest thief. But the movie, starring Mass Maharaja in the titular role, will show the other aspects of his life as well. Sara played by Nupur Sanon was introduced as Tiger Nageswara Rao’s love. Today, the makers began the musical promotions of the movie by releasing the first song, which features Ravi Teja and Nupur Sanon in all South Indian languages and Hindi.

Groove to the song Ek Dum Ek Dum which will be the peppiest song of the year. GV Prakash Kumar is one of those composers who get the pulse of the audience and music lovers. Ek Dum Ek Dum is one such example as he gets the dance rhythms spot on.

GV brought a retro feel to the song with his choice of instrumentation and composition. Bhaskarabatla’s lyrics add nativity and once Anurag Kulkarni rolls into the scheme of things, he ups the ante and his style of singing truly works wonders for the song.

The song set in the college backdrop, shows Ravi Teja teasing his love interest played by Nupur Sanon. To add to the excitement, renowned choreographer Sekhar master has created an electrifying and trendy hook step that perfectly matches the energetic beats of the track. Ravi Teja looked young, and his dances will gratify the youth and masses for sure. The costumes and sets also enhance the retro feel. The song gets an instant response and is set to top the music charts in the coming days.

This crazy project is produced luxuriously by Abhishek Agarwal under the banner of Abhishek Agarwal Arts, which made consecutive Pan India blockbusters The Kashmir Files and Karthikeya 2. The movie also stars Gayathri Bharadwaj playing the other heroine.

The cinematography is by R Madhie ISC, while Avinash Kolla is the production designer. Srikanth Vissa is the dialogue writer, while Mayank Singhaniya is the co-producer.

The movie is slated for release on October 20th for Dussehra. However, a few rumors had emerged recently that the release of the film will be advanced to September 28th, but today the makers officially confirmed that the film’s release for October 20th is intact and there are no changes.

On Tuesday, the trailer for Kareena Kapoor Khan’s awaited OTT debut, Jaane Jaan, was released. Based on the best-selling mystery novel, The Devotion of Suspect X, the film is directed by Sujoy Ghosh and also stars Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma in key roles, and will be released on September 21st. According to reports, the novel was also the inspiration for the blockbuster Malayalam language franchise Drishyam.

Kareena plays the role of Maya D’Souza in the film, that takes place in the hill station of Kalimpong. It appears that Maya is in an abusive relationship, and her neighbor Naren has a suspicion. Jaideep is seen as Naren in the movie, and in the trailer we can see him as a creepy stalker. Vijay plays the role of Karan, a cop who arrives in Kalimpong to find Maya’s missing husband and begins a romantic relationship with her.

Karan and Naren are old friends, and he immediately inquires about Maya whom he suspects as the murderer in his investigation. While the original novel was narrated through the perspective of a clinical mathematics professor who helped her neighbor cover up her husband’s murder. Jaane Jaan seems to have been narrated through the main female character, with the math teacher acting as the killer. However, this is not clear still, and we will have to wait for the film to clear all the doubts.

Kahaani, the thriller that Sujoy is best known for, helped propel Vidya Balan to stardom, along with films like The Dirty Picture and No One Killed Jessica. Badla, which starred Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu, was his last theatrical film in 2019. He has directed a segment in the anthology film Lust Stories 2 and made a Netflix series, Typewriter, since then.

Now the hot topic nationwide is the name of our country, India is changing to Bharat, so there will be no more pan India films as the word is likely to turn into pan Bharat films.

A resolution to rename India as Bharat will be presented by the government during the upcoming special session of Parliament scheduled for 18-22 September, as per the reports. The Constitution of India currently refers to the country as “India, that is Bharat…”, but there is a growing call to amend this to simply “Bharat”.

The demand for India to be renamed Bharat by amending the Constitution has risen in recent years, and sources suggest that the Central Government may decide to rename India.

Personalities such as Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Mohan Bhagwat have expressed support for the change. Bhagwat had already urged people to use the term “Bharat” in place of “India”, stressing that the country has been known as Bharat for centuries.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also echoed similar sentiments. On August 15, 2022, from the ramparts of the Red Fort, he appealed to citizens to take five pledges, one of which was freedom from every trace of slavery. This was viewed as a symbolic gesture towards acknowledging the country’s indigenous identity.
