Fans are really frustrated with Ajith’s planning

Thalapathy Vijay and Thala Ajith’s box-office rivalry is the most popular one in Kollywood circles. Both the stars have a massive fan base and for the past 2 and half decades, several of their films have clashed at the box office. The most recent of these was Thunivu vs Varisu for 2023 Pongal.

While Vijay has quickly moved on to Leo and is slated to work with Venkat Prabhu next, Ajith’s pace regarding his projects is now frustrating his fans. Leo will be released next month and Venkat Prabhu’s film has already started but Ajith is yet to go on sets of his next film.

After Thunivu’s release, Ajith was supposed to work with Vignesh Shivan and the movie got canceled. Post this, he signed a film with Magizh Tirumaneni for the project Vidaamuyatchi. Even that project did not go on set. Kollywood top tier has become quite competitive and unlike Tollywood, their top heroes work on several films simultaneously.

Suriya is coming up with Kanguva, Vijay with Leo, and Venkat Prabhu’s film. Rajinikanth with Lokesh Kanagaraj film and Vikram recently delivered the Ponniyin Selvan franchise and has Dhruva Natchitaram up next. Similarly, Dhanush delivered Vaathi and has Captain Miller up for release. All other contemporary heroes are doing multiple projects simultaneously but Ajith is going in the opposite direction much to the fans frustration
