Bhagavanth Kesari needs a big 3rd weekend at the box office. It is widely known that Nandamuri Balakrishna has released his latest film as a Dussehra gift. The film received a better response from the audience, and Balayya was appreciated for playing his age. Anil Ravipudi is the film’s director, and Sree Leela is the second lead. Now, Bhagavanth Kesari needs a big 3rd weekend at the box office.

The film performed exceptionally well on the 2nd Sunday, but after that, it started to see drops in its weekly collections and is running with negligible shares. The film has achieved breakeven in many areas, But still, a few areas like, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, and Nellore, are pending, and the worldwide share of the film is at 65Cr.

The film needs another 5Cr share for a clean hit status. The film should aim for a big 3rd weekend to improve the equations. Looking at this pace, the film will likely end up as third best for Balakrishna. The 1st one is Veera Simha Reddy with 74Cr, and the Second is Akhanda with 72Cr.

The movie featured Kajal Aggarwal opposite Balakrishna, with National Award winner Arjun Rampal making his debut in Telugu as the antagonist. In addition, Ravi Shankar, Sarathkumar, Raghu Babu, and others played critical roles in the film. Shine Screens produced it, and Thaman S scored music for the film.

There are no dialogues for Vikram in his upcoming film, Thangalaan, and it is said to have been made as a full experimental film. It is widely known that Chiyaan Vikram and Pa Ranjith have collaborated for the first time with Thangalaan. The film’s teaser was released recently, and the unit had arranged a press meet with the Telugu media, where Vikram revealed that there would be no dialogues for his character in the film.

The name Chiyaan Vikram is synonymous with experimental looks and roles. The man goes to great lengths to look flawless and fit the director’s vision. Although not all of them were successful, he continued to select diverse characters. Vikram’s upcoming film, Thangalaan, features him in a rustic and lean appearance. The film is set in the British era and is centered around Kolar Gold Fields.

The teaser left the audience in shock, and the talented actor revealed that his character won’t have any dialogue in the film. During the teaser launch event in Telugu, Vikram left everyone stunned by revealing it all by himself. Now, everyone is thinking whether this experimental film work at the box office.

Vikram’s fans are thrilled about the disclosure because they want it to be memorable like his ‘Sivaputhrudu’ (Pitha Magan), but some are doubtful if he can impress without any dialogue even though he put in lots of work on his appearance and performance.

Vikram asserts that the Thangalaan universe extends beyond KGF, Kantaara, and Baahubali. The story of Thangalaan revolves around a tribal clan’s quest to preserve the gold beneath their mountainous home and their war against others for it. Thangalaan is set for release on January 26th.

To commemorate and pay tribute to Team India’s incredible achievement of winning 107 medals at the Asian Games, PVR INOX Ltd, the largest cinema chain in India, has decided to charge a flat rate of Rs 107 for all movie tickets on November 3, 2023. PVR INOX is launching a celebratory initiative to pay tribute to athletes who have made the nation proud, offering moviegoers the latest movies on the silver screen at slashed prices shortly after National Cinema Day. However, PVR INOX excluded South India again for the new offer ticket price.

To honor PVR INOX’s exceptional accomplishment, the Indian contingent for the Asian Games will be invited with their families to watch a movie at any PVR INOX cinema in the country on November 3. PVR INOX has announced that all medal-winning athletes at the Asian Games can watch unlimited movies at any PVR INOX cinema for a month from November 3rd to December 2nd.

Arjun Ambati, Pallavi Prashanth, Priyanka Jain, Shivaji, Amardeep Chowdhary, and Ashwini were put in the Garjinche Pululu team. The contenders with the maximum number of balls were said to be the winners. The contenders were told to collect the balls whenever the Siren alarms.

The second phase of the competition began with the Jumping Japang task, where two members from each team competed. Priyanka and Rathika were the Sanchaalaks for the task. Veera Simhalu’s team won the Jumping Japang task.

The winning team got the power to eliminate one member from the other team. After that, Pallavi Prashanth was eliminated from the contender ship. Prashanth cried because he was eliminated from the game. The 60th episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 7 ended with the housemates discussing nominations and relations in life.

Pippa movie goes for a Direct OTT Release. The upcoming Bollywood film Starring Ishaan Khatter and Mrunal Thakur, with AR Rahman musical, will directly enter into the OTT platform as it skipped the theatrical release. It was not confirmed till now, but today, the OTT Giant, Amazon Prime Video, has officially confirmed that the film Pippa will be released on November 10th.

This film, produced by Ronnie Screwvala, is one of the two films he announced with the same patriotic theme. The second one is Tejas, starring Kangana Ranaut, which was a disaster at the box office. As a result, the makers have opted to release Ishaan’s Pippa on an OTT platform rather than a theatrical release. Bollywood circles reported that the producers took this action because they believed audiences would not see non-event films in theaters. Their belief is in the content value of Pippa, and they anticipate it would be successful on OTT.

The OTT platforms have become a new medium for content consumption, leading to a significant shift in the Indian film industry in recent years. The highly anticipated film, ‘Pippa,’ which stars Ishaan Khatter and Mrunal Thakur, has made a surprising decision to skip its theatrical release and premiere directly on an OTT platform. 

Reportedly, the producer is said to have garnered profits with the non theatrical business itself. It is a good decision by the makers as now all theatrical releases are not working, and many films are not even collecting at least okay range numbers. The makers made the right decision on Pippa.

Directed by Raja Krishna Menon and featuring Ishaan Khatter, Mrunal Thakur, and Priyanshu Painyuli in significant roles, the film had its music scored by AR Rahman. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala & Siddharth Roy Kapur, Pippa has been certified with a U/A Rating and a runtime of 142 minutes.

Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 is on track for 100 Cr opening day. It is widely known that the film is getting released on 12th November, a Sunday, along with the Diwali Festival. So, to encash this, the team has planned 7 AM shows everywhere in India.

Star Group has bought the South Indian Satellite and Digital Rights of the film for a massive amount of 54Cr, and Hindi rights had done 35Cr business. The movie was reportedly made on a 100Cr budget, and the non-theatrical business has helped the producer to end up with table profits. Still, theatrically, the buyers have faced heavy losses. Skanda’s buyers lost more than 40% of invested amounts in most areas. 

The movie will be available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from tomorrow, and it is one of the most awaited OTT releases for the audiences as the movie only brought a few audiences to the theatres. They are waiting to watch it on OTT. Skanda will be streaming on OTT precisely five weeks after its theatrical release.
