ED summoned Prakash Raj in connection to a 100Cr scam. Renowned Actor Prakash Raj has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to be questioned about an allegation of a 100-crore Ponzi scheme connected to a jeweler. Mr. Raj was responsible for promoting the Pranav Jewellers brand, allegedly running a scam. 

Several branches of the Trichy-based jewelry chain, including Chennai, were raided by the ED for allegedly running a Ponzi scheme and defrauding investors of 100 crore. In this regard, ED summoned Prakash Raj in connection to a 100Cr scam.

The actor, who had been the jeweler’s brand ambassador for a considerable time, has yet to make a statement.

The Economic Offences Wing in Tamil Nadu’s Trichy filed a case against Madhan, the owner of Pranav Jewellers after complaints were made about their closures in October. Lookout notices had also been issued against the owner and his wife earlier this month.

Yesterday, the ED announced that Pranav Jewellers had collected 100 crore as part of a gold investment scheme that promised high returns. The ED stated that not only did the returns not materialize, but the amount invested was not returned to the investors.

“Pranav Jewellers failed to return the amount to such investors, and the firm (Pranav Jewellers) and other connected persons cheated the public by diverting public funds to shell entities/entry providers under the garb of purchase of bullion/gold ornaments,” the ED said in the statement.

The supplier parties in the books of Pranav Jewellers were entry providers, who, during the investigation, “confessed” to providing adjustment and bogus accommodation entries to Pranav Jewellers for an amount of over ₹ 100 crore and also “confessed” to giving cash to the accused persons instead of bank payments, the ED alleged.

Boyapati Sreenu is writing a film for Allu Arjun. It is widely known that Icon Star Allu Arjun and Mass Director Boyapati Sreenu have previously collaborated on Sarrainodu. The film was a massive blockbuster at the box office and established Allu Arjun’s stardom as a Mass Hero. Since then, the fans of Pushpa Star have wanted a film in the combination of Boyapati again. According to the latest reports, Boyapati Sreenu is writing a film for Allu Arjun.

Boyapati made Skanda with Ram Pothineni, and the film had a bad result at the box office. During that time, Boyapati Sreenu said he was planning to do a movie with Allu Arjun. Still, Allu Arjun had reportedly decided not to work with Boyapati Sreenu. It looked like there was no possibility of this combo in the future as Allu Arjun wanted to make films for a universal audience that could satisfy all sections.

However, the recent comments of Producer Bunny Vas indicated that the combination of Sarrainodu can be repeated. Bunny Vas is currently busy with the promotions of Kotabommali PS promotions. 

In a media interaction, he revealed the details about Allu Arjun’s following projects. He said that the film with Trivikram is fixed and the writer and director will immediately start work on the project after Guntur Kaaram. The film will be made on a massive scale with a big budget as it is a prestigious project for Geetha Arts and Haarika Haasine banners.

The pre-production of the film will take nearly one year. So the film shoot can start only in mid-2025. Because of this, Allu Arjun is considering doing a quick project to bridge the gap between Pushpa 2 and Trivikram film. Currently, Boyapati Sreenu is writing a script for Allu Arjun. If the latter likes the script, the Sarrainodu combo will repeat as per Bunny Vas’s words.

Tonight is a big day for OTT lovers as major releases are ready to stream. Bhagavanth Kesari, Leo, Unstoppable with NBK Episode of Team Animal, and many more films are ready to enthrall the audiences. 

Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Leo will be available on Netflix on November 24th, i.e. Tonight while the most anticipated episode of Unstoppable with NBK, starring Balakrishna and Ranbir Kapoor, will be available on Aha Video from tonight at midnight. 

The Village, a web series starring Hero Arya, will be available on Amazon Prime Video on November 24th. The most popular Korean series, Squid Game Second Season, will be on Netflix on November 22nd. Puli Mada, a Malayam film is already streaming on Amazon Prime Video.  Sathiya Sothanai, a Tamil film, will be streaming on Sony LIV starting tonight.

Bhagavanth Kesari marked Balayya’s hat-trick at the box office, already scoring consecutive successes in Akhanda, Veera Simha Reddy.  The film had to collect 70Cr Share worldwide to be declared a clean hit, making it Balakrishna’s 3rd straight 70 crore share.

Directed by Anil Ravipudi, Bhagavanth Kesari features an ensemble cast in pivotal roles, including Nandamuri Balakrishna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sreeleela, and Arjun Rampal. The film’s soundtrack, composed by S Thaman, has contributed to its success. The movie, known for its focus on women’s empowerment, received positive reviews upon its theatrical release. Now, the same is expected from the film’s OTT release.

Mythri Movies to produce a film starring Ajith

Mythri Movie Makers are now constantly in search of newer avenues. The production giant is constantly looking to break the barriers. Now they are one of the leading names in distribution in Tollywood and entering into theatre exhibitions as well. They will soon be entering Bollywood as well and as per reports, they are planning a movie with Kollywood star Ajith.

This movie will be made under the direction of ‘Mark Antony’ director Ravi Chandran and will start next year. Recently, Dil Raju produced Varisu/ Varasudu with Vijay and offered him a record remuneration. And now Mythri is also expected to do the same with a record remuneration film for Ajith. Mythri Movie Makers entered into this project after the producers of Vetrimaran’s Viduthalai 2 exited this project.

Mythri Movie Makers will enter Bollywood with Siddharth Anand’s ‘next project ‘Fighter’ with Hrithik Roshan. Interestingly, this film will be a multistarrer with Prabhas also slated to be seen along with Hrithik. The announcement was made earlier this year and it needs to be seen when it will materialize. Meanwhile, all eyes are on Mythri’s Kollywood debut with Ajith.

Having been friends for a long time, both stars discussed their forthcoming ventures and revisited their journey together during the meet. The Tamil fans were delighted as Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan met on set. Recently, Rajini and Amitabh Bachchan had a similar moment of old friends meeting again as Big B is playing a crucial role in the film and joined the shooting recently.

Indian 2, Kamal’s movie that Shankar directed, is almost finished. Rajinikanth’s 170th venture, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan in a significant role, is directed by TJ Gnanavel, who directed Jai Bheem. Co incidentally, both the films are being produced by Lyca Productions.

The film also stars Rana Daggubati, Malayalam lady superstar Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh of ‘Guru’ fame, and Dushara Vijayan. Fahadh Faasil was introduced to the Telugu audience with ‘Pushpa’ and is gaining more recognition nationwide, playing the lead role. Lyca Productions are producing the film. 

According to sources, Rajini will be seen as a retired cop in the movie. The part of the superstar is that of a person who fights against the encounter policy or system.

Suriya suffered a minor injury in the Kanguva shooting. It is widely known that Tamil Star Actor Suriya is currently working with Siruthai Siva for Pan Indian film Kanguva. According to the latest reports, Suriya sustained injuries after an accident occurred during the shooting. It was learned that the film unit immediately alerted and rushed the injured Suriya to a local hospital. 

As mentioned above, the Singam actor is working on a film titled Kanguva. The film is being shot in Chennai. It is reported that the camera fell on Suriya while shooting a scene as a part of the shooting. Suriya suffered an injury on his shoulder after he fell on the camera. The fans are worried as they get to know the news of Suriya’s minor injury in the Kanguva shooting.

Allu Arjun faces health issues during Pushpa 2 shooting

Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 is in its production stage and has managed to create massive hype nationwide. While Pushpa’s massive success in the Hindi version is one reason, Allu Arjun’s National Award win for the film is another one. Fans are eager to catch what Sukumar has packed in Pushpa: The Rule this time around.

The team is currently filming jaathara episode that will feature Allu Arjun in a female getup and a mass fight action episode and song with a large number of artists will follow. While picturing the song, Allu Arjun has said to have performed some heavy dance steps in complete costume which is not easy at all. Dhruva Natchathiram postponed again

Dhruva Natchathiram has been postponed again. It is widely known that the 7-year-old project Dhruva Natchathiram (Dhruva Nakshatram in Telugu) by Chiyaan Vikram and Gautham Vasudev Menon was set to be released tomorrow in Tamil and Telugu languages. The dilemma behind the film’s release was going on for a few days, and now it is official that Dhruva Natchathiram has been postponed again.

Director Gautam Menon tried his best to release the film, but nothing worked in his favor. Reportedly, he did not get any support from Tamil Nadu distributors, and the non-theatrical deals have yet to be closed. Somehow, the promotional content failed to create buzz, especially the trailer, which did not favor the film, so no one was ready to put money into the film and take the risk. 

The film being delayed for so many years is the biggest problem, so the film is getting postponed again. We need to see how Gautam Menon will come out of this situation. He must settle a 50Cr+ amount to release the movie, and he is failing to pool that money from the distributors and non-theatrical deals.

Ritu Varma portrays the role of Vikram’s love interest in the film with the assistance of Parthiban, Aishwarya Rajesh, Simran, Radhika, Arjun Das, and Divyadarshini, playing crucial roles. Harris Jayaraj is the film’s music director.

Ondraga Entertainment, Kondaduvom Entertainment, and Escape Artists Motion Pictures have collaborated to produce Dhruva Natchathiram.

The movie is set to have one of the biggest releases in the United States of America, with over 888 screens. 

T-Series and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures have collaborated to produce Animal. The film will compete against Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur, about the life of India’s first Field Marshal, Sam Manekshaw, and his role in the 1971 war with Pakistan.
