Animal Movie Plot Summary:

A son’s love for his father. Often away due to work, the father cannot comprehend the intensity of his son’s love. Ironically, this fervent love and admiration for his father and family creates conflict between the father and son.

The film’s trailer has already given a glimpse of how the film’s protagonist, Ranbir Kapoor, is so attached to his father, but he cannot express his love. When an unexpected danger surrounds his father, he vows to go to any extent to save him.

T-Series and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures have collaborated to produce Animal. The film will compete against Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur, about the life of India’s first Field Marshal, Sam Manekshaw, and his role in the 1971 war with Pakistan.

Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Suresh Oberoi, Shakti Kapoor, and Tripti Dimri are among the other cast members.

When we announced the release date as 24th of November, we tried moving mountains to make it happen.

We would be lying if we said we’re not disappointed with not being able to meet the date. This note is to assure the audience that we’ve not given up on the film. We are doing everything within our power and beyond to cross these hurdles and get Dhruva Natchathiram out in theatres for you.

But, we will start shooting for it soon.” Salaar features Prabhas, Prithviraj and Shruti Haasan in lead roles. Rishab Shetty said that OTT platforms are not buying Kannada films. Kannada cinema is waiting for OTT platforms to open their doors for it, as stated by the Kannada actor-director. Rishab Shetty said that OTT platforms are not buying Kannada films.

Shetty, who spoke to reporters on the sidelines of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) on Tuesday, mentioned that Kannada movies used to generate revenue by taking part in initiatives such as the NFDC Film Bazaar.

“But after the COVID-19 pandemic and due to OTT platforms, the markets have collapsed. The OTT platforms are refusing to accept Kannada films because one commercial film (from Kannada) backfired,” the Kantara actor-director said.

“Now, OTT platforms are saying that they are not open for Kannada films. That is really bad. Just because of one film, you cannot say that there is no market for the film or there are no subscribers,” he added.

“OTTs are saying that they will take time to accept Kannada films. We are waiting for their doors to open,” he said. Rishab Shetty said that OTT platforms are not buying Kannada films.

Rishab Shetty was praised for his writing, direction, and acting in Kantara, a Kannada period action thriller released in 2022.

The movie, which is being shown at IFFI 2023 as a part of its international competition, centers around the fictional village of Dakshina Kannada and follows a Kambala champion (Shetty) who is at odds with an upstanding Forest Range officer (Murali).

Kantara: Chapter 1, which is the prequel to the blockbuster hit, is something which the actor is looking forward to. Kantara Prequel’s first look was revealed by its makers on Thursday.

Animal movie was made on a budget of 200 Crores and just with the non-theatrical business the 2/3rd of the budget has been recovered. T Series company did not sell the film, and they are releasing the movie alone in all the areas except the Telugu States.

In Telugu States, Animal movie rights were sold to Dil Raju, but here also, after the breakeven, the producers will get the profit share, and in Hindi, as said above, they are releasing the film on their own. By looking at the current craze, the movie is all set to do a minimum of 350 – 400Cr business worldwide, irrespective of talk.

If it opens with positive WOM, we can expect the Animal movie to collect a minimum of 700Cr Gross or more. The Producers need 50Cr share from Hindi theatricals to get the breakeven mark, which will happen in two days. So everything from there will be a profit, and the animal movie business is a big jackpot for the makers.

The director of Animal is Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who got craze in Bollywood with ‘Kabir Singh’ (Arjun Reddy Remake). The film’s cast includes Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Tripti Dimri, Ranbir Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna.
