NTR Neel: Prabhas fans upset

NTR and Prashant Neel joined hands together for their upcoming film, tentatively titled, NTRNeel. The film was even launched officially yesterday in a pooja ceremony attended by the film’s crew. Fans and Audiences have high expectations on this combo but it looks like Prabhas fans are upset with NTR Neel for a reason.

Prashant Neel acted as the director for Prabhas’ earlier film, Salaar which was a blockbuster. Fans of Prabhas expected Prashant Neel to direct Salaar 2 but the director went ahead with NTR’s film. This has disappointed them. There is also no confirmation regarding Prashant Neel’s next film after NTRNeel.

There have been rumours recently that Ajith was approached for a film with Prashant Neel. NTRNeel is also believed to arrive in two parts. The second part will be a quickie just like KGF Chapter 2. Prashant Neel must accommodate proper dates for all these films to release on schedule. He also has a film planned with Ram Charan. Both have even discussed this and we may see this one also in Prashant Neel’s list. The Director is now everyone’s choice for a Pan India Blockbuster. Actors feel that they could have a Pan India image after working with him.

Manamey OTT release details

Of all the recent Tollywood releases, Sharwanand’s Manamey has taken the maximum time to hit the small screen. The film was released on 7th June and there has been no sign of the film on OTTs.

Manamey received a decent talk from reviews and audiences. It did a fine job at the Box office. The film featured Sharwanand and Kriti Shetty in the lead and the reviews were largely positive and the movie was visually appealing. Many film lovers are eagerly waiting for OTT streaming.

And after a couple of months after its release, there is an update about the Manamey OTT release. The digital release rights have been acquired by Amazon Prime Video and the romantic drama is now to stream from 16th August. Audience are eagerly waiting for this film as it received decent word of mouth in theatres.

Directed by Sriram Adithya, Manamey is a family entertainer that also stars Vikram Aditya, Vennela Kishore, Seerat Kapoor, and Ayesha Khan among others. Hesham Abdul Wahab has composed tunes for this project. Maname follows the life of Vikram (Sharwanand) a carefree youngster from London. His life takes a turn after an accident the responsibility of a 2-year-old child falls on him. How he encounters this sudden change is what the movie follows.

టాలీవుడ్ స్టార్ యాక్టర్స్ అయిన పాన్ ఇండియన్ స్టార్ ప్రభాస్ అలానే యంగ్ టైగర్ ఎన్టీఆర్ ఇద్దరూ కూడా ప్రస్తుతం కెరీర్ పరంగా వరుస మూవీస్ లైనప్స్ తో మంచి జోరు మీదున్నారు. ఇటీవల నాగ అశ్విన్ తీసిన కల్కి 2898 మూవీతో భారీ సక్సెస్ అందుకున్న ప్రభాస్ ప్రస్తుతం మారుతీతో ది రాజా సాబ్ మూవీ చేస్తున్నారు. అలానే త్వరలో సందీప్ రెడ్డి వంగాతో స్పిరిట్, హను రాఘవపూడితో ఒక మూవీ చేయనున్నారు.

కోలీవుడ్ స్టార్ యాక్టర్ సూర్య అక్టోబర్ 10న గ్రాండ్ పాన్ ఇండియన్ మూవీ కంగువ ద్వారా ఆడియన్స్ ముందుకి రానున్నారు. శివ తెరకెక్కిస్తున్న ఈ సోషియో యాక్షన్ ఎంటర్టైనర్ మూవీలో దిశా పటాని హీరోయిన్ గా నటిస్తోంది. ఇక ప్రస్తుతం మరోవైపు యువ దర్శకుడు కార్తీ సుబ్బరాజ్ దర్శకత్వంలో ఒక యాక్షన్ మూవీ చేస్తున్నారు సూర్య.

టాలీవుడ్ సూపర్ స్టార్ మహేష్ బాబు హీరోగా క్రియేటివ్ డైరెక్టర్ కృష్ణవంశీ దర్శకత్వంలో తెరకెక్కిన క్లాసికల్ మూవీ మురారి. సోనాలి బింద్రే హీరోయిన్ గా నటించిన ఈ మూవీకి మెలోడీ బ్రహ్మ మణిశర్మ సంగీతం అందించగా సత్యనారాయణ, లక్ష్మి, ప్రసాద్ బాబు, చిన్నా, అనిత చౌదరి, రఘుబాబు, రవి బాబు, లక్ష్మీపతి తదితరులు కీలక పాత్రలు చేసారు.

2001లో మంచి అంచనాలతో రిలీజ్ అయిన ఈ మూవీ బ్లాక్ బస్టర్ సక్సెస్ సొంతం చేసుకుంది. ఇక తాజాగా సూపర్ స్టార్ మహేష్ బాబు పుట్టిన రోజు సందర్భంగా ఈ మూవీని నిన్న థియేటర్స్ లో రీ రిలీజ్ చేశారు. కొద్దిరోజుల క్రితం ప్రీ బుకింగ్స్ ఓపెన్ చేయగా మంచి కలెక్షన్ అందుకున్న ఈ మూవీ ఓపెనింగ్స్ లో ఆల్ టైం రికార్డు సొంతం చేసుకుంది. రీ రిలీజ్ రోజున ఈ మూవీ ఏకంగా రూ. 5.3 కోట్ల గ్రాస్ కలెక్షన్ సొంతం చేసుకుని రీ రిలీజ్ లో టాప్ ఓపెనింగ్ డే కలెక్షన్ అందుకున్న టాప్ మూవీగా నిలిచింది.

వాటిలో నైజాం నుండి రూ. 2.9 కోట్లు రాబట్టగా మొత్తం రెండు తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల నుండి రూ. 4.4 కోట్లు అలానే ఓవర్సీస్ నుండి రూ. 55 లక్షలు కలెక్షన్ కలిగి ఉండడం విశేషం. కాగా ఇటీవల సూపర్ స్టార్ మహేష్ బాబు బ్లాక్ బస్టర్ బిజినెస్ మ్యాన్ మూవీ రీ రిలీజ్ ఫస్ట్ డే రూ. 5.2 కోట్లు సొంతం చేసుకోవడంతో దానిని ఇప్పుడు మురారి బ్రేక్ చేసింది. కాగా రెండవ రోజు కూడా మురారికి మంచి కలెక్షన్ లభిస్తున్నట్లు ట్రేడ్ అనలిస్టులు చెప్తున్నారు.

‘Super Star’ Mahesh Babu turned a year old yesterday. Celebrating this eve, fans have come together to pull off a grand re-release of Krishna Vamshi’s classic Murari (2001). This decision received a mixed response from the trade since it is not a mass commercial film like his previous re-releases, Pokiri and Businessman.

However, the advance bookings narrated a different story; following an excellent trend in bookings, a big number of shows have been planned across Telugu states and overseas. Expectedly, Murari 4K took a thunderous start at the box office, collecting a massive INR 5.3 crore on its opening day.

In Nizam alone, it minted INR 2.9 crore; the film’s Telugu state gross stands at INR 4.4 crore, while the overseas figures are estimated to be around INR 55 lakhs. Overall, Murari 4K is a massive success, with a cumulative gross of INR 5.3 crore worldwide. With this, Mahesh broke his own record of businessman, which collected INR 5.2 crore on its opening day. According to experts, the footfalls on the second day are also impressive.

Telgu Top 5 Opening day in rereleases are Murari[5.3 Cr], Businessman [5.2 Cr] , Kushi [4 Cr], Simhadri [3.5 Cr] and Jalsa[3 Cr]. The next big rereleases are Indra and Gabbar Singh.

Actor Suriya Injured On Sets – Deets Inside!

Tamil star Suriya is currently part of an action drama film directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Tentatively titled #Suriya44, it features Pooja Hegde as the female lead. Co-produced by Suriya under ‘2D Entertainment’, the film’s music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan.

An action schedule from the project was supposed to be shot in Ooty, Tamil Nadu. Unfortunately, while doing so, Suriya was injured; he was immediately rushed to a private hospital nearby. Post-daignosis, doctors called it a’minor’ injury.

The actor came back to his hometown of Chennai following this incident. Besides #Suriya44, he is also part of Kanguva, an epic action drama film directed by Siva. Disha Patani is the female lead, while Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer. It is slated for release across five languages on 10th October, 2024.

Double Ismart: Release issues

Double Ismart, latest outing of Ram Pothineni and Puri Jagannadh is set for release this August 15th. The film’s post production work has been completed and censor formalities are also done. But Double Ismart has some release issues in Nizam region. The exhibitors are demanding a compensation for the losses caused by Liger.

Puri Jagannadh’s earlier film, Liger witnessed big losses for which the exhibitors are expecting a compensation. Liger was projected as a Pan Indian film starring Vijay Deverakonda. Theatrical rights were also sold for heavy prices but Liger suffered a big debacle. But Puri is not ready to agree for this and distributors are showing less interest in Double Ismart to take rights. It’s just barely a week for the film’s release. The team must sort these issues out for a swift release. There are also rumours about the film’s postponement if these issues remain.

But the team is confident of the release and going ahead with the release plan of August 15th. Double Ismart is also set for a clash at the box office with Mr. Bachchan which is also releasing on the same date. Mr. Bachchan is an official remake of Bollywood hit film, Raid starring Ajay Devgan.
