Nagarjuna in talks with RX100 director for a new film

Akkineni Nagarjuna was last seen in The Ghost, the film which was released during the last year’s Dussehra, became a big failure at the box office. After that, Nagarjuna is yet to confirm his next project and he has taken a long break to select his next film’s director. It was also said that he will not do any movies as of now and will take much more time to set up his next film. Now, the latest reports indicate that Nagarjuna is in talks with the director of RX100, Ajay Bhupathi.

Actually, Nagarjuna had planned a Malayalam Movie’s remake and writer Prasanna Kumar was supposed to make his directorial debut with the film, but it did not materialize for multiple reasons and Nagarjuna is said to be in talks with Ajay Bhupathi, the director of RX100, the film, which was a sensational hit in 2017 and got everyone attention due to its bold content and blockbuster album.

The director has recently wrapped up the shooting part of his latest film called Managalavaaram, a horror comedy which stars actress Payal Rajput in the lead role. Payal had debuted in the Telugu Film Industry with RX100.

The fans of Akkineni family are very disappointed with the results of their favorite hero’s films as not only Nagarjuna, but also his sons Naga Chaitanya and Akhil have also faced big failures with their last films.
