KT Kunjumon, the renowned producer, recently announced that he will make the second part of the blockbuster ‘Gentleman’, which was released in the year 1993 and was directed by Shankar and starred Arjun and Madhubala in the lead roles. While the first part was directed by Shankar, the second part will be directed by A. Gokul Krishna. KT Kunjumon is going to produce this film on a grand scale.
Similarly, while AR Rahaman had composed the music for the first part, MM Keeravani, who recently won the Oscar for the song ‘Naatu Naatu’ will work for the second part. The producer has already made an official announcement that the second part’s music will be composed by Keeravani. Keeravani will start his work for the film, and it is said that he is very much impressed by the script narrated by the director.
Producer KT Kunjumon, known for his big-budget spectacles like Gentleman and Kadhalan is making a comeback to film production with this crazy sequel. Kunjumon is not only known for his big-ticket films but also for his innovative promotional activities. He will make sure that his film gets noticed by the audiences.
Backed by Gentleman Film International banner, the hero of Gentleman 2 will be announced soon. However, there is no update on whether this will be a direct sequel or a spiritual sequel to the 1994 blockbuster that made the career of Shankar go to the next level.
